Музиката в ресторанта гърмеше до 24.00 часа. Сауната и парната баня не бяха включени.

El personal no ens va gairebé atendre. En arribar ens van donar les claus i prou. En marxar ningú ens va fer el check out. No hem vist cap persona del personal en cap moment de la nostra estada.
És molt sorollós. Cada nit hi ha música al restaurant de l’hotel. Se sent fins i tot en les habitacions que no donen al jardí.

‎Good there was breakfast for one leva but i couldn't go there because was so tired because of loud bass until midnight i came here to rest i wanted to give 10 points and wished to come back and thank you for help too but i also wished you would have answered my message i have asked many many days before arrival and the sauna & steambath were not working during openingtimes ( whirlpool not bubbly) than even something else unacceptable happened. And i thought i have to leave during the night because the bass was so unsayble loud and vibrating in the room. I wanted to paint and rest here. sadly i couldn't go to the breakfast

‎I couldn't use it much because during the time where i wanted to work and meditate it was crazyloud. A child couldn't be here at all. For a baby this kind of noise is very dangerous. When i called first a few times noone spoke english like written online. I lived in croatia 3 years i only understand very little. I live in nature without electricity and bathtub,which i need regularly because of my handicap and disEases. I wanted to do something special but this noise destroyed everything & the spa was open to shorty in the evening but louddisco instead,you should inform people before about. I washed to ask if i can go to spa after checkout but i am to tired to even stayawake. And the other thing that happened is more than unpolite

Extremely noisy till midnight.
On the first floor there is a restaurant which at the evenings is a nightclub

Restaurant with high bass vibes just below the rooms is working until 00:00. Music was so laud that you cannot sleep and rest. It was Tuesday, not even weekend! Legislation says loud music is untill 10 p.m? This place is out of law regulations. Too noisy and definitely not Family friendly place to stay.
No desk service for arrivers at 8:30 pm. No call to inform there is nobody to welcome you. Information saying 24 hours service is misleading.
No desk person to issue invoice in the morning. They start at 9a.m?
Would not recommend.
Typical ruin of tourism and expulsion of tourists

We couldn't sleep the whole night due to some celebration that was pre-planned at the restaurant, but nobody had informed us. There was extremely loud music until 3 in the morning. The room wasn't very clean. There were ants in some places around the bed. Breakfast was very scarce.

The balcony was a little dusty, nothing else

During our stay night in the restaurant was DJ, but the problem is that almost all visitors smoke. Some events take places like birthdays.
During lunchtime it is perfect.

There could have been more toiletries in the bathroom and a restaurant menu in the room.

The rooms are right above the restaurant which is very noisy until quite late (1am).
