Pros:

El personal es muy amable, nos dieron souvenir de recuerdos, siempre estuvieron atentos a nuestras necesidades o pedidos, el hotel queda un poquito lejos del puerto pero se puede caminar , esta cerca de 2 playas , ambas con sus encanto.

Cons:

Un grupo de jóvenes estuvieron 2 noches a nuestro lado, hacían mucha bulla.

Pros:

Es un hotel enorme, con piscina bonita. Las habitaciones son basicas pero funcionales.
Esta al final de la isla con lo cual tienes que andar bastante hasta llegar al centro de la isla, pero es un paseo precioso. El personal muy amable.

Cons:

El desayuno es terrible, quizas el peor desayuno que hayamos tenido jamas. Poca variedad ( bastante comida thai como arroz y fideos y de comida internacional solo hay Huevos, pan , fruta y un tipo de pancake bastante malo). Así que lo ideal es alojarse sin pagar desayuno.
El hotel tiene detalles muy feos, como cajas por medio, fricorificos en medio de la hall. Nuestro balcon daba al techo del restaurante donde se desayuna. Desde las 7 de la mañana dejaras de dormir por el jaleo que se monta entre las 559 habitaciones. Cuidado con los monos que te cogen tus cosas mientras te bañas en la piscina.

Pros:

Mini centre co a l intérieur de l hôtel ,
La piscine est grande est à l ombre appréciable quand il y a des enfants !
Service de transport valise à disposition sur toutes l’ îles .
Personnel à la réception très bien en revanche ceux qu on croisent dans la journée ,pas un bonjour .
Attentions à vos affaires sur le balcon et bien penser à fermer les fenêtres !
Blindés de singes perso ça me dérange pas mais bon à savoir

Cons:

Escaliers raide dans l hôtel et souvent mouillés avec la piscine .
Assez bruyant .
L’endroit du petit déjeuner pas top top

Viel Geld für wenig Leistung. Alls in allem zu viel Menschen an einem Ort. Das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen u abgelebt.
Pros:

Der Instantkaffee u der Wasserkocher, so dass
man morgens wenigstens einen Kaffee hatte. Das Personal war sehr freundlich

Cons:

Alles sehr hellhörig, Schritte im Flur dass man dachte es läuft jemand durchs Zimmer. Man wurde das schmuddelige Gefühl nicht los, habe ich sonst nie in Thailand.

Would not return under any circumstance.
Pros:

The staff were very helpful.
Complained about the room and got an upgrade to a slightly less worse room. At least the shower was usable.

Cons:

If you’re given room A311 then good luck. Shower sprays and throws water over the partition between the toilet and the shower into the bathroom door. It is impossible to shower in unless you are holding it to hose yourself down or 7 and a half feet tall. Mattress was filthy and had brown dirty marks around the sides, sheets were covered with red stains. Floor was covered in dirt.

Pros:

Das Zimmer mit Poolblick war toll, sauber und wirklich groß. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Das Frühstück war auch super. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Restaurants, die zur Fuß erreichbar sind. Es empfiehlt sich trotzdem ein Moped auszuborgen (250 pro Tag) um die Insel zu erkunden. Ums hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Cons:

Leider zu wenige Liegen am Pool. Die Gäste reservieren die Paar Liegemöglichkeiten leider gleich in der Früh.

Lovely hotel would reccomend
Pros:

Everything. Staff were lovely carried all 4 suitcases from the pier for us and up 3 flights of stairs to our room. Upgraded our room. Was so helpful in every way. So kind made us feel safe and welcome. The location was great. 5-10 min walk from pier and just out the way enough so your not kept awake by music. Everything was in walking distance would 100% return
