The place is beautiful and very chill right on the beach. The pool floaties were nice to lounge on. And the staff were very attentive with drinks.
Not so much I didn't like it but the pool was a very strange color I'm presuming it is natural rather than chemical. One of our more expensive places we stayed but you do get what you pay for and the staff were great. Taxi to the airport from the hotel was very expensive so we walked down the streets and got it for less than half price.

החדר לא חשוך ויש אור בבוקר.
המסעדה של המלון כל כך יקרה ואוכל בנוני, ואין אופציה להכניס אוכל או שתיה למתחם מבחוץ, שזה ממש מבאס!
זה נותן את האופציה רק להזמין מהמסעדה של המלון אם אתה יושב בבריכה
All the food we ate at Tembo was delicious - really flavoursome, so 'hats off' to the Chef. All the rest of the staff were utterly delightful with genuine smiles and were so happy to help with anything and everything. James was absolutely amazing. Professional, friendly and so eager to please - nothing was too much trouble for this charming young man. His eyes were literally everywhere, making sure guests were happy and he was constantly clearing tables, sweeping leaves, clearing towels etc - he honestly did the work of three people, and he made our stay memorable and made us feel special, I must also mention Dave the manager. What a lovely guy, who helped us with loads of local information and gave us 'special powder' when we were sporting horrendous hangovers :( ! We loved Buddy too - even when he was grumpy :)
The cocktails were really bland and unimaginative and took forever to get, even when the bar and pool areas were quiet. We honestly would have drunk at the bar every night for happy hour had they been delicious. We were charged an extra 50 Baht for a piece of bread during a pretty disastrous breakfast experience which involved cold tea, hard fried eggs, no butter when it was requested at the time of order and by the time it came my toast was cold and I'd eaten most of my breakfast. The staff did apologise for all the problems but then proceeded to charge John 50 Baht when he asked for one extra piece of bread. This really irritated us as it really had been a very poor experience from start to finish. The staff are all absolutely wonderful, but I think they need a bit more guidance/training in some areas. I'm not sure if it just a European 'thing' but plates should never be cleared away from one person whilst the other person is still eating. Clearing things pool side is obviously fine (as it's casual snacking) but not OK when sitting at the tables. Also, the staff during lunch/dinner service seemed to concentrate on clearing tables and setting them back up rather than concentrating on the guests that are actually eating and wanting to enjoy a lovely, attentive dining experience. On two occasions we had our empty starter plates sitting in front of us for ages (whilst the staff were setting up other tables), so when our main courses came out they had to clear our table from the starters to give us our main courses which didn't come across as professional at all and we felt like we, as guests, were second on the list and the empty tables with no guests came first. On both occasions the restaurant area was really quiet, so it wasn't a case of there not being enough staff to cope. I honestly hope you find the above info as positive criticism, as that is how it is intended.
Spokojna plaża, Mało ludzi w obiekcie. Wieczorem to czasami nie było nikogo.
Byliśmy późnej w Resort Karma i potem to bardzo doceniliśmy.
Domki są na przeciwko siebie także jest mała prywatność.
Pufy i leżaki są zwijane o 19 co nas bardzo zdziwiło jak chcieliśmy się wieczorem zrelaksować przy basenie.
Jedzenie bardzo przeciętne jak to z resztą w hotelach.

Grosse déception en arrivant dans cette hôtel pour le prix payé!! chambre coté jardin les bungalows sont collés les uns aux autres avec une vue direct sur vos voisins, la rue qui passe derrière est extrêmement bruyante et les prix du restaurant sont excessifs , d'ailleurs il ni a jamais grand monde!!!!

1.המים בברכת המלון נראים לא נקיים.. 2.ויש קטע כזה שאם אחד מתקלח הרבה זמן, לשני נגמרים המים החמים באמצע מקלחת. בקיצור מקלחת לא יותר מ10 דקות.
מלון בוטיק בעצוב מדהים וקווים נקיים, על קו הים.
שירות יוצא דופן, צוות עם לב ענק.
מוזיקת רקע נעימה , תחושה של מלון פרטי , ארוחת בוקר קלאסית, אלגנטית בתפריט מסעדה, חלום מול הים. שירות אופנועים, משלוח ישיר למלון, יחס אישי ועזרה במציאת מזוודה שאבדה בשדה התעופה של קוסמוי. נסיעה של כמה דקות באופנוע לכפר הדייגים ולחוף צ'אוונג. לסיכום, חוויה שמרחיבה את הלב, מומלץ מכל הלב ❤ וכמובן שנחזור למלון בטיול הבא שלנו.

Location was very good - right on the beachfront. the breakfast was tasty, although took 30mins to prepare and cook each morning- which was way too long
the time taken to prepare breakfast was not acceptable -it was cooked to order and there was inconsistencies with product availability

-obsługa w restauracji: jak chcecie zjeść obiad kilkuosobowa rodzina zarezerwujcie kilka godzin, danie wychodzą bardzo długo z różną kolejnością.. jeden je, drugi już kończy
-obiekt może i insta ale bardzo „sztywny”, drugi raz tu nie wrócę
-komedia było chyba to że wydaliśmy dodatkowo 12tys batów z napiwkami a doliczyli nam 300 batów za worek z pralni (został w pralni)..

The resort is really lovely, the setting is beautiful and the actual pool area with DJ is cool.
Food was generally of high quality and with great presentation.
No gym facilities.
Need to decide between children or adult only party vibes. I don’t think they go well together. I would prefer the later.
The staff needs more training; they were not able to answer basic questions at reception about local services and pool/breakfast service was a little hit and miss.
Would like more savoury breakfast options as it was disappointing that English breakfast was the key feature.
