Poor maintenance

Only this Good was Veda restaurant food, and beds in our room

Cons:

Hotel lift was out of order every day and the accommodation in the hotel is only from 2nd floor, not easy for anyone to climb so many floors every time from big staircase, neither booking.com or hotel information us about lift/elevator problem and rooms location( which starts only from 2nd floor),
they do not have in-house maintenance department to fix elevator problem, it takes hourse to get the mechanic to hotel, till them gusts have to just wait, Will not recommend this hotel to anyone, specially to anyone above 50 years of age
Washroom flash was continuesly watering, no one care to repair it, lots of water wastage
Shower tap was broken
Reception staff was rood
Booking.com charged somuch
This is not what we expected for such big price
