It was comfortable and we woould have enjoyed it more had we not been unwellre
Pros:

Because of illness the breakfast was adapted to our needs but what we had was good. The fruit offered was the same watermelon every day. It would have been nice to see a banana papaya or mango occasionally. Idly was good. The manager drove us back to Chennai for a good price with stops on the way..

Cons:

The staff were willing but their English was limited.

We enjoyed our stay for 4 days.
Pros:

Location was walkable distance to most of the places of interest. There were many good eateries around the corner.The room size, space, comfort was excellent. Food was tasty. The arrangement for car service was good.

Cons:

The breakfast buffet was not set on time.

Pros:

The room was spacious and clean. The hotel is located at 300 m from railway station and all the places are at a walkable distance.
The breakfast is also good. At the price we paid it was a good experience.

Pros:

This is the second time I have stayed here so poss 25 days in total.Great staff some speak English so great help with planning your tourism etc. Great spot in pondicherry. Very clean.

I loved everything hence second visit and going back in October

The property is centrally located, the staff is extremely courteous and makes you really comfortable, spl. mention Priya at the reception is the sweetest, Kannan ji at the breakfast hall serves like he's serving his own kids, he is very nice, Vijay is also very good

Best location but average stay
Pros:

The location is perfect for a stay in the white town area and offers good accessibility. The property looks okay from the outside and appears neat inside for a night stay. its quite basic, but beyond that, there isn’t much positive to mention

Cons:

The property does not offer good value for money. the maintenance is poor. The staff require better training and grooming. Overall, the stay was average, as we expected better quality for the price paid and the star rating conferred

Excellent property, brilliant staff, great price
Pros:

The property is in a great location close to local amenities. The staff were extremely helpful with advice regarding things to do and onward travel. Room was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend. Thank you for a great stay!

Pros:

The honesty at the receptionist when I asked if this is a 4 or 5 star hotel. He answered it is 3 star. The breakfast is good for what you pay.

Cons:

Normally i wouldn't rate a hotel this low, but this is a big fraud. The hotel is listed as 5 star but it definitely isn't. It has no look, feel or amenities of a 5 star hotel. It's max 3 star and very simple accommodation. It's in a very busy street with lots of traffic. Staff is mostly busy on their phones and not very clever. It takes 5 minutes to get hot water and cleanliness of the rooms are questionable. For our group it was a big disappointment because we had better expectations from the reviews, although I knew that the reviews for many Indian hotels are questionable and unreliable on the platform.
