Pros:

Personnel très sympathique et serviable.
Petit déjeuner varié et bon.
Services multiple et bon emplacement
Bel hotel et restaurant proposant une carte variée à un prix raisonnable..

Cons:

Nous étions dans la chambre 510 et celle-ci était marquée par un dégât des eaux avec de multiples traces de moisissure au plafond. La climatisation était défectueuse, nous n'arrivions pas à faire baisser la température malgré la consigne à 18°C.
Ce commentaire ne correspond qu'à cette chambre car nous étions dans la chambre 610 la nuit précédente et celle-ci était en parfait état.

Pros:

We really love the room for the comfortable bed and pillow.
there was a children's corner next to the hotel's restaurant.
lobby is spacious, with drink provided. drop off area and there was concierge service for luggage.
Check in was smooth.
Interestingly, walking distance from this hotel included a KDS departmental store which offers groceries at good price, Probolinggo Government museum, one of the best coffee Pesenkopi Plus Probolinggo. Convenient store ie Indomart as well. Overall it is at a good location.

Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, ruime kamer, extra bed voor kind.

отличный вариант для остановки на ночь
Pros:

Я останавливался в этом отеле только на одну ночь (по пути с Бромо в центральную часть Индонезии), и в целом мне все понравилось. Кондиционер, душ, интернет, кровать - все на хорошем уровне. Есть рабочее место. Современно и довольно уютно.

Cons:

Мне не понравилось два момента - окно номера выходило во внутренний двор отеля, и время от времени я наблюдал персонал, куда то передвигающийся со своими тележками. А персонал, соответственно наблюдал меня, выходящим голым из душа. Это убивало ощущение приватности. Так же в номере не было холодильника, если бы я останавливался на долгий срок - то это стало бы проблемой и возможно я бы выбрал другой отель. Но других хороших отелей в городе Проболинго нет )

Pros:

Abbiamo alloggiato a Probolinggo per fare l'escursione notturna sul monte Bromo. Dopo la prenotazione li abbiamo contattati per prenotare la gita per Bromo e cascate Madakaripura, a un prezzo molto vantaggioso e sicuramente più basso delle agenzie online. L'hotel di per sé non è un granché ma costa poco ed è il migliore a Probolinggo (città dove non c'è praticamente nulla da fare e vedere). Ci hanno concesso un check posticipato così abbiamo potuto fare una doccia al rientro da Bromo/Madakaripura.

Cons:

Ci hanno fornito un solo asciugamano per persona. Il ristorante ha un servizio molto lento (sebbene ci siano tantissimi camerieri a servire).

Perfect place to stay and visit volcano mt. Bromo
Pros:

The room was super comfy, convenient bathroom. The staff was super friendly especially the hotel driver that drove us towards the ferry. He was a great driver and dropped us off with perfect attitude, kudos for the young chauffeur.

Hotel a precisar de restauro
Pros:

Não há nada de substancial de positivo a destacar. Talvez a cama, essa era confortável.

Cons:

Era um hotel velho, de aspeto descuidado. O quarto era simples, mas a casa de banho era completamente fora do que imaginávamos, o espelho quase partido e ferrugento, torneiras ferrugentas e água do lavatório que não escoava devidamente e o chuveiro também tinha sinais de ferrugem.
O barulho que vinha da rua era bastante audível no nosso quarto e nos corredores do hotel também ,não permitiu descansar cedo (já que tínhamos de levantar cedo para ir ao Bromo).
O manípulo para fechar a janela era de um plástico fininho e não permitia cumprir a sua função de fechar bem a janela.

Nous n avons pas du tout aimé
Pros:

Pas grand chose à part le prix imbattable. Ah si, le jus fraise banane était bon.

Cons:

Nous n avons pas aimé cet hôtel , qui s est révélé très très très inférieur aux 14 précédents hébergements de notre séjour indonésien. Le personnel n est pas du tout sympathique (une rareté dans ce pays) en plus de parler anglais comme des vaches espagnoles. La chambre est impersonnelle. Nous avons payé un chauffeur à la journée plus du double que dans nos précédents hébergements.
