Comfortable enough, but I would expect more for about 150 euro a night.
Pros:

Pros:

As hotel did not respected quite hours, after 22.00h at night and organized b-day party in the garden with high music, almost all good experience is lowered.
However, stuff was good, polite, clean rooms and equipment, good spa with mineral water, parking available.

Cons:

During our stay on Saturday evening, after 22.00h there was a private b-day party in the pool garden with very high music till midnight. No one warned us prior our reservation and when I called the reception they told me that they could do nothing and can't lower the high music, also asking me if I was warned in advance. We couldn't sleep and rest well after massive mountain trek we did in the day.
Further, our initial reservation via booking has not been received by the hotel, although I received ma confirmation. Our reservation has been for family suite and we have bern downgraded to double room.This is the worst hotel experience and attitude specifically for this , thus I don't recommend staying there for rest and relax.

Pros:

Страхотен хотел и ресторант. Най-голямо впечатление ни направи цялостното обслужване и винаги усмихнатият персонал! Чистотата беше на ниво, плюса е , че има паркинг към хотел и басейн. Общо взето мястото разполага с всичко, което е нужно за да се насладиш на почивка. Цените на хотела си отговарят , за разлика от други места! Непременно ще се връщаме!

The dining facilities and food were amazing. The pool area was very nice. We didn't try out the spa, but would have like to if we had more time.

Laute Musik bis tief in die Nacht aus dem Pool-Bereich und den Veranstalltungsräumen. Frühstücksbuffet von zweifelhafter Qualität und Frische.

It was a nice weekend but the hotel needs many improvements in terms of facilities and management
Pros:

The food in the restaurant was delicious and around the outdoor pool was very nice due to the lovely weather, though when there is more sun, there are no umbrellas to make shade, there are only net made umbrellas that make no shade

Cons:

The rooms were old, small and dark. The spa center was also not nice, felt like in a dark smelly old place.
