A wonderful, relaxing getaway a bit further away from Hanoi. The bungalows were really cute and well-equipped. There are plenty of activities, and the staff are happy to help with the arrangements. The sauna and hot tub were lovely! Only a few staff members speak English, but everything went smoothly using Google Translate.

Pros:

Bữa sáng phục vụ chu đáo, đáp ứng dinh dưỡng, không có gì đặc biệt

Cons:

1. Điều hoà phòng bị hỏng, trời lạnh gọi bộ phận phòng có giải pháp mang máy sưởi vào phòng nhưng khá lâu.
2. Spa thì lạnh và không có xông hơi, chườm đá như quảng cáo nhưng vẫn thu giá dịch vụ full
3. Nhờ gọi dịch vụ taxi thì báo giá cao hơn 40% so với khách tự đặt xe

Un peu de calme
Pros:

Super centre, très bien entretenu au milieu de nul part. Idéal pour avoir quelques jours de calme après un passage à Hanoï :). Il n'y a personne en semaine.... du moins nous avions le centre pour nous seul

Cons:

Attention le personnel n'a pas trop l'habitude d'avoir des touristes hors Vietnamizn donc la reception parle anglais mais très légèrement...... mais ils trouvent toujours une solution ;)
