Ideal overnight stay
Pros:

The room was a decent size for our family of four and had everything we needed. We were also able to buy breakfast vouchers which gave us 25% off at any of the food outlets which was handy. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of tea and coffee.

ok but needs an upgrade. Don't cheat on towels.
Pros:

comfy bed and pillows ok. nice teabags. Managers have been told to put only one set of towels in each double room. Trying it on. Pathetic!

Cons:

toilet not cleaned properly. My disabled wife couldn't use the shower because she can't climb into the bath!

Great value - clean comfy stop off
Pros:

Friendly staff on arrival, room was clean and very comfortable. Excellent price and broke up a long drive. Free parking. 25% off breakfast

Cons:

Dated carpet (but clean so no real issue) no fridge in the room which made it a challenge to keep baby milk chilled. No decaf coffee option ( usually have little sachets) the above would take it from an 8 to a 10 but only minor points and wouldn't prevent a return.
