The carpet looks dirty and worn out, the sheets didn’t fit the bed, The room had a smell. The whole place needs a tidy up, or be refurbished.
Quiet yet on motorway services.

Problems with check in. Told we had booked two rooms one through Expedia of which we had no knowledge. Not made by us but with our personal details. Charged for this and had a stressful conversation with the manager to agree a refund.
Light not working and were told it could not be fixed. Window very difficult to close. Entire room was in great need of refurbishment. Bathroom had a slight drains smell.

Finding it was a little difficult as we came via Tewkesbury not the motorway but now we know the routes its ok. Maybe a little map as well as directions might help.
Beds were comfy
Max or mat whi was on reception was an ignorant rude member of staff we got our booking night wrong and he wouldn't even let my friend use the toilet he was rude and unhelpful wouldn't let us cha fe the night even though there was availability. Wanted to charge us £140. You need to get him off reception he has no customer service skills
Easy to access off the M5. Good services right next door. Staff very helpful and considerate.
Breakfast vouchers are good value for money; they can be used in most places inside the services. Choice of meals was quite good!

had disability room for my wife`s comfort as we always do when staying there staff very helpful and room comfortable
only thing was outside of hotels remit was early hours of morning was a car meet in car park powerful cars small brains.

Although it was clean, the room needs a bit of TLC. Water marks on the ceiling suggest there’s been a leak at some point. The bathroom was tired looking with the top of the hot tap missing and rusty looking hand rails in the bath
