A great weekend stay
Pros:

I liked the fact that the hotel was right there in the services handy for the facilities on offer and that you can get from north bound to south bound easily without having to go miles up the M5 to come back to the M 50

Being a long distance driver all over the UK. This was one of the best if not the best places I have stayed. The bed was the most comfortable and I had the best sleep ever.

Decent enough for the money

Room was clean and comfy if a little dated, has a bath, kettle, spare pillows and food and drink places on site

Cons:

A bit further away from Malvern showground than we expected. We specifically asked for a quiet room and were put next to reception at the front of the hotel, the noisiest spot!

Really easy, pleasant stay with excellent staff
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. I asked for an iron and ironing board and they brought it to my room immediately. The man on the desk also went to the effort of explaining the southern route out of the services so that Id not have to double back on myself in the morning on the M5. Which saved me a lot of time in morning traffic.

Cons:

It is good to have dog friendly hotels, especially travelling. But I was woken up twice by people's dogs barking in the corridor late in the night. I appreciate this is not something the hotel can do anything to stop, so not really a negative against them. Owing to the location, you will hear cars/people/car alarms late into the night. So it's probably not the place for a light sleeper. But as far as a cheap place to rest for the night, I have no complaints.

Fine. Quiet overnight. Good bed. Slept well. Motorway services are literally next door, so food etc
Pros:

Functional - in the sense that Days Inn is effectively on the M5 -or part of the Strensham services complex. This suited me on this occasion. Was actually quiet overnight, too, and the bed was very comfortable. So this was a perfectly acceptable solution to a practical issue - namely travelling long-distance.

Staff were apologetic for the lighting problem which could have been far more serious.
Pros:

Size of room and bathroom larger than usual, close access to motorway services.

Cons:

Bedside lights loose and dangerous tripped the circuit breaker when switched due to a short circuit within the fitting. Had to change rooms.
