Great for an overnight stay straight off the M5.

Very disappointing, by far the worst stay in this type of accommodation that I have experienced.
Pros:

Very helpful staff at the reception, Thank you. The room was very hot, the fan provided did a great job keeping me cool.

Cons:

My allocated room very tired, stains on furnishings, mattress protector & bottom sheet not properly fitted, the bathroom floor near bath sagging possibly rotten floor boards beneath, Shower with poor heating control, far too much pressure a total waste of water and the wall mounted tissue box kept falling off.

I didn't need to stay on the third night, I tried to contact them direct to let them know, it was an unsuccessful nightmare.

Max was very friendly and saw I had an injury and offered us a ground floor room which was great.

Cons:

No USB ports!
Lack of parking near the hotel due to Electric charging stations and competition from other users of the services.
Reception not always manned.
Never enough milk sachets in room, always have to ask for more.

Cons:

Window barely opened. it was over 30 degrees. Rooms desperately need air conditioning or at least some fans. Didn't sleep all night because the room was far too hot. Everyone I spoke to were complaining how hot their rooms were.

Great hotel, especially for pets, super staff
Pros:

Good sized room, very clean, exceptional for pets with water bowls outside and there is a designated dog walking area within the services. Staff were very helpful especially giving information about how to leave the services without needing to use the motorway

Cons:

Air conditioning would have been nice but the weather was exceptionally hot and there was a fan provided in the room

Receptionist was having a confrontation with a customer and had us waiting for over 15 minutes to book in, the customer was rather awkward and argumentative, thought the person on the desk would have asked tthem to move one side so he could book us in.
