Pros:

Very well-suited to families. The availability of family rooms is perfect for anyone with young children. These are spacious, well laid out and comfortable at a very reasonable price.

Cons:

This remains a motorway hotel so facilities are of course limited but these are compensated by the motorway services.

Excellent, Very good dog walking area, Extremely hell
Pros:

Room very convenient close to check out and car ( a previous one at Gretna and Abington had been miles away along long corridors, this was perfect at 11.20 at night after a very long drive!)

Pros:

conveniently placed. not too hot considering the extreme heatwave. Comfy bed although I never actually got in it it was so hot. good free wifi. good desk.

Cons:

my first room had a flooding toilet although I was given another room straight away. Main gripe: the awful awful shower control. very low down, extremely stiff to alter from hot to bearable, and not at all regular! sometimes cold and sometimes warm. the place is a little run down in fact.

Good for a service station hotel
Pros:

Everything you'd expect from a budget service station lodge, but good really! Super friendly staff, clean and quiet, spacious room; a bath too!

Cons:

I wished for a USB charging pont, and decaf coffee. Also, there was a bit of a puddle of water in the middle of the bathroom on arrival. Nothing serious at all though. Quite far from a decent restaurant too so we drove onto worcester for a nice dinner and then had breakfast in the service station.

Excellent - will use again!
Pros:

Excellent location, friendly receptionist, option to purchase drinks etc from reception. And voucher towards breakfast was greatly appreciated!

Cons:

Nothing - it was perfect for an overnight stop

Friendly staff member checked me in efficiently and gave clear concise instructions

Cons:

The room looked very tired with old taps, cistern bath etc but the staff had done the best they could to make it look better by how it was dressed. It was clean

We stay here when we visit family locally and it suits it's purpose.
Pros:

Room was large and well fitted out

Cons:

Though bed was comfy it was quite high and with dodgy knees not easy to get onto. The bathroom could do with a refresh and the cold tap had no pressure.

Great location for 3 Counties Showground; comfortable stay at reasonable cost.
Pros:

Cheap and cheerful and location was ideal for the RHS Malvern Show. We have stayed here several times previously and return for the handy location. Rooms are basic but roomy and bed was very comfy. Little things enhanced the stay like the hotel supplying magazines/ books for guests and we saw dog treats etc for guests travelling with their pets.

Cons:

We knew what to expect and were happy with everything
