Swimming pool and hot tub were amazing. Hotel was clean and staff were friendly and welcoming.
Room was quite small and needs updating. Shower was very poor standard and balcony furniture was poor quality. Cheap plastic chairs and table. Location was close to beach but very hilly!
We love this place. We always feel welcome , staff are amazing.

Room too hot didn't have air con. Couldn't sleep because of the heat. Could only see the tv from one bed not both. Not enough electrical sockets and furniture/bathroom very dated, toilet was loose.

Room 007, way too hot and uncomfortable, right over the basement pool and heat rises into the room, sweaty nights sleep, even with windows open and fan on full. Coffee from machine for breakfast shocking 🤢

Very friendly and helpful staff, hotel clean , evening meal was presented well and tasty and good value and had a good selection at breakfast , convenient location to beach and Westbourne . Hotel in quiet residential street , could keep window open at night and not be disturbed
These are comments not dislikes , hotel decor a bit dated , showers could be improved as had very light spray head
