Please note that this property cannot accommodate hen and stag parties.

Dogs can be accommodated for a £10 charge per night. Dogs are not permitted in the QE2 Suite and Honeymoon Suite or food service area. Please contact the property for more information.

Children under the age of 14 are included in the price under the relevant family rooms. Children over 14 are classed as adults. Extra beds/ children cannot be accommodated in double rooms.

Pros:

We found the staff most helpful. On the night they were not serving meals they produced lovely sandwiches served with salad and crisps. As the hotel is a little bit away from food outlets and shops it is great that the hotel serves good breakfasts, lunches and food in the evening.

Another very comfortable and excellent value for money stay.
Pros:

Quiet location .
Bar meals are very good with good value specials.
Facilities at the Riviera are excellent- in addition to the pool and gym there is a table tennis table, pool table and other games. The bar area is very spacious.

Cons:

The pool was on the cold side!

apart from bed this hotel has a lot going for it
Pros:

Cleanliness was excellent particularly the bathroom which is a must for me. Great breakfast and choice of. Nice atmoshere, great location for a walk into Bournemouth along the sea front.

Cons:

This is a personal opinion but the bed was too soft, not much pocket density in the body of the mattress which meant i was potentially sliding off the bed - thus i was constantly adjusting myself into the middle of it to compensate.
