Please note that this property can accommodate dogs but will not accommodate other types of pets.

Please note that dogs will incur an additional charge of GBP 15 per night.

Please note that a maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per room.

Dogs are not permitted in QE2 and Honeymoon Suite or food service area 'Cunarder Restaurant'.

Pros:

Lovely hotel, comfortable bed, swimming pool, good breakfast 😁

Cons:

Location not the best, 10 mins walk down hill to beach, then up hill on way back, 😧

Pros:

The staff were so nice,nothing was too much trouble
It was superclean, a good shower comfortable beds and a lovely breakfast,free parking included
All in all a brilliant weekend away there.the pool and jacuzzi were great and only us in there at the time.

Cons:

The TV could possibly be upgraded, but tbh we weren't there to watch TV so probably a bonus.

Good value but with a few small changes it could have been outstanding.
Pros:

Location, and parking. Continental breakfast.

Cons:

Cooked breakfast wasn’t great. Shower was a mixer tap, I’ve used many of them and have one at home but it was very hard to dial in a temperature which didn’t scold yourself.

Great stay by the beach
Pros:

Closed to the beach and only 15 mins walk to Westbourne. it’s a lovely hotel with very friendly helpful staff. Breakfast is a winner and a deal when purchased ahead. Restaurant and bar area is great to have a relaxed lunch or dinner. Deco modern and inviting. With view to the sea.

Cons:

Parts of hotel need updating like the bathroom and balcony.

Reception, breakfast , staff all as you would expect. lovely

Cons:

Booked a single room as my time was short so made sense. tiniest sink, mirror in the only available yet impractical place, started up the desk fan to slowly stopped functioning and coming back to life, id say avoid the single room!

Great staff, easy check in/check out. Clean rooms, plenty of towels. Good selection of teas/coffees
Pros:

I have stayed a few times so was delighted to have been offered an upgrade so thank you for that. In previous visits, while the rooms have always been more than adequate, there have never been any sockets close to the bed so this visit was perfect. Staff as always, were genuinely attentive both at reception and at the bar. Will be back soon.

Hotel clean. Breakfast good. Great location. Nice pool. Friendly staff. Dinner venue not so great.
Pros:

Pool and jacuzzi very nice.
Breakfast was great and the style of restaurant.

Cons:

Have been to this hotel quite a few times before.
Dinner menu now very plain and you can no longer eat in main restaurant.
Dinner now served in bar/grill area. Decided to have dinner the second night at Harvester instead.
We asked for a hot dessert to be told we would have to order from kids menu as no hot dessert on main menu.

Pros:

Lovely place the staff very friendly

Cons:

Bathroom hot tap and shower werent the best and the walls are not soundproof. People in room next to us left their tv on all night and could hear them talking early morning. Pillows werent the best either but the room was great size and clean
