Nothing much. Just very near to the temple

Cons:

I’m surprised how does it have 7+ rating. The bathrooms are smelly and stuck. Beds are bad. Bedsheets are dirty. Blankets are dirty. Overall too expensive and not worth for the price we paid. Everything was dirty including the telecom/water cups/bedsheets, etc. I’d avoid at any cost

A overpriced average property
Pros:

The location is very near to Agni Tirtham, Sree Ramnathswamy temple and Sunrise point.

Cons:

The room size is not big enough. The bathroom was too small. I was told there is running hot water facility but no hot water in tap nor they provided hot water in bucket. The room intercom was not working, so every time for small work I had to go to reception counter. The bed linen had hairs : on pillow covers as well as on bed sheet. At time of check out I asked for bill, initially they gave only advance payment receipt and told that you will get bill from booking.com. when I warned them that if you don't give invoice i will complain on booking.com than they gave proper GST invoice
