Wunderschönes Hotel, sehr erholsam und super Kulinarik.
Pros:

Wunderbars Frühstücksbuffet mit sehr grosser Auswahl, alles was das Herz begehrt.

Cons:

Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen war vielleicht die Baustelle vor dem Hotel.

Pros:

Sehr gutes Essen freundliche Mitarbeiter . Sehr gute Lage zu den drei zinnen und den Highlights der Dolomiten . Fahrräder vor Ort zu leihen völlig unproblematisch .

Cons:

Das Haus war aktuell leider umzingelt von Baustellen bei denen die Bauarbeiten morgens um 06:15 Uhr begonnen haben und es mit der Ruhe bei offener Balkontür vorbei war .

Notwithstanding the price still very good value for money
Pros:

Everything, this was the best hotel I have ever been in. The staff was incredible and the food was micheline star level.

Cons:

The buffet was too large, too much choice, too much fresh fruit. :-)

Das Hotel war im Gesamteindruck einfach spitze. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Essen – speziell das Abendessen war überdurchschnittlich gut. Die Qualität der Speisen war ausgezeichnet und alles hat wirklich sehr, sehr lecker geschmeckt. Für Veganer sehr empfehlenswert, wir konnte aus 2 Mahlzeiten am Abend auswählen. Insgesamt war ich rundum begeistert und habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Zimmer waren auch sehr gemütlich und schön eingerichtet.

Cons:

Das Frühstück startet offiziell um 07:00 Uhr. Teilweise war das Buffet allerdings erst etwa 10 Minuten später vollständig aufgebaut. An und für sich ist das überhaupt kein Problem – wenn man jedoch einen frühen Wanderstart mit Bus oder Bahn geplant hat, kann es dadurch zeitlich etwas knapp werden. Etwas schade war außerdem, dass es bei den Mitarbeitern nicht unbedingt gerne gesehen wurde, wenn man bereits kurz vor bzw. pünktlich um 07:00 Uhr beim Frühstück war.

Trotz dieser kleinen Punkte war mein Gesamteindruck vom Hotel sehr positiv. Vor allem die hervorragende Küche und die Qualität der Speisen sind für mich besonders hervorzuheben.
