Accoglienza ottima, stanza molto grande e accogliente, staff professionale e gentile. Colazione e cena di grande qualità. In particolare il personale alla reception e al ristorante sono stati attentissimi alle nostre esigenze. Consigliatissimo.

Un posto nel cuore
Pros:

La struttura ha un panorama fantastico, vicina al centro di San Candido, Dobbiaco e a pochi minuti al lago di Dobbiaco.
Appena entri respiri odore di famiglia, hotel molto curato nei minimi dettagli, ottima sia la colazione sia la cena della cucina interna alla struttura.
Personale e proprietà molto gentili e sempre sorridenti.
Pulizia delle camere eccellente.

الاطلالة جميلة والغرف واسعه والحمام واسع وفيه مواقف مجانية عشوائية

Cons:

الاثاث قديم لا توجد ثلاجة ولا صانعه قهوة ، والطريق له غير واضح في اول الامر وفيه صعود بالسيارة للقمة تحتاج تمرس ، الباب مازال بالمفتاح العادي

اقامة جميلة جداً اتمنى اعيدها ولكن الملاحظة البسيطة تمنعني ربما من تكرار نفس الفندق .

أعجبني الاطلالة والموقع الجميل للفندق وأيضا تصميم المكان كلاسيكي ودافئ ، المرافق جميلة ونظيفة جداً .

Cons:

فندق على مستوى عالي وحاصل على أربع نجوم وجميع الامور جميلة ولكن للاسف لا يوجد غلاية في الغرفة ولا يوجد قهوة ولا يوجد حتى أوراق الشاهي ، للأسف أضطريت النزول الى الاستقبال في كل مرة لأجل طلب القهوة والشاهي والمياه ومبلغ مالي !!! الفندق بهذه الروعة وبهذا السعر العالي لابد من وجود هذه الخدمات البسيطة والاساسية .

Quiet location, stunning view of the mountains which take your breath away
Pros:

the infinity pool and sauna are exceptional
good location if you travel by car because its uphill looking at the mountains in front and the Innochen village below
breakfast buffet is very generous
dinner is very delicious, a three course meal plus salad bar for a very affordable price
unlimited supply of the best apples i ever have

Cons:

pillows and doonas are bit "flat"

Clean, quiet, friendly. One of the nicest hotel experiences that I have ever had.
Pros:

Everything about this stay was exceptional. The setting is gorgeous. The staff is amazingly friendly and go out of their way to meet your needs. The dinner was delicious. I couldn’t eat the whole meal because I wanted to save some of my appetite for the incredible dessert. The breakfast offerings were many, including a juicer for fresh veggies and fruits. Excellent coffee machine.
The spa is an extra special bonus to an already lovely experience. You sit in the infinity pool and see all the mountains across from you. Then you can relax further in the sauna or jacuzzi or read a book on a chaise lounge and admire the view some more.

Cons:

Everything was perfect.
