This hotel blew us away!!!! Every single detail was considered by this family run hotel. The room was immaculate and well appointed with a balcony that had the most beautiful backdrop of the Dolomites right in front of us. The front desk staff spoke every language and were all absolutely over the top helpful, informative, and friendly. When we booked this room, we did not elect for the half board because we thought we’d want to try different places in San Candido every night… boy were we wrong. We ate at the hotel for dinner every single night but one- the food was EXQUISITE! The chef changes the menu daily and you select from two to three options from each category on the menu: starter, main course, and dessert. There was a full fresh salad bar as well that came with the dinner. All of it was so fresh and delicious. The hotel has a darling little bar/ lounge area with games and books and a lovely sauna/ pool area. They also have a little fridge you can buy a pizza to heat up if you want and a laundry room to wash clothes if needed. The grounds are beautifully situated high in the hills above San Candido with a little outdoor sitting space,, playground, and ping pong tables. They have baby rabbits and alpaca that live on the farm too. The stars of the show though are the owners and staff of this hotel that make your stay perfect. Absolutely wonderful! The hotel is in great proximity to many phenomenal hikes, huts, and public transportation. This hotel is a GEM all around!!!! 20 out of 10 recommend!!! It’s local- it’s quaint- it’s charming- it’s peaceful and so so beautiful. We’re already planning for next year. Thank you for the great hospitality, service, and spectacular food.

Everything : the location with an amazing view on the mountain range, the big room (3rd Floor, comfort room) we had with that view, no noise from neighbouring rooms, the wonderful pool with jacuzzi side and the wellness options, the friendly staff everywhere and the absolute good food - dinner was so varied we had it there all 5 evenings in the end.

Direi tutto. Struttura molto pulita, curata e accogliente. Camera abbastanza spaziosa con tutte le comodità. Colazione buona sia dolce che salata con prodotti locali. Fuori c’è un piccolo parco giochi per bambini. Tutta l’area SPA è inclusa nel prezzo ed è molto bella con tre saune diverse di cui una è all’esterno con una vetrata e stupenda vista sulle montagne. Segnalo che l’accesso a quest’area è riservato ai maggiori di 16 anni e bisogna essere nudi. Un’altra piccola area è accessibile a tutti e comprende sdraia, piccola area per bambini e una cabina che emette calore a livello della colonna vertebrale a scopo curativo. Infine c’è una piscina (infinity pool) molto bella all’esterno con correnti massaggianti con temperatura perfetta anche quando fa freddo fuori. Nell’area SPA inoltre c’è un piccolo angolo con frutta secca, fresca, bibite fredde e tè caldo.

Accoglienza ottima, stanza molto grande e accogliente, staff professionale e gentile. Colazione e cena di grande qualità. In particolare il personale alla reception e al ristorante sono stati attentissimi alle nostre esigenze. Consigliatissimo.

La struttura ha un panorama fantastico, vicina al centro di San Candido, Dobbiaco e a pochi minuti al lago di Dobbiaco.
Appena entri respiri odore di famiglia, hotel molto curato nei minimi dettagli, ottima sia la colazione sia la cena della cucina interna alla struttura.
Personale e proprietà molto gentili e sempre sorridenti.
