Perfetto per chi va a sciare

Staff gentile e cordiale. Ottima la pulizia delle camere. La colazione varia e abbondante e la cena molto buona. Un plus la piscina esterna riscaldata con l’idro. Hotel perfetto per chi va a sciare sull’Elmo. Ottimo il servizio navetta offerto dall’hotel

Cons:

Se cercate una spa guardate altrove. Non è grande, ma soprattutto non c’è alcun controllo da parte del personale. A parte i soliti italiani che entrano in sauna con il costume (se si va nudi ci sarà un motivo no?), é la prima volta che ho trovato qualcuno che entra in sauna con le ciabatte e chiacchera a voce alta senza che nessuno dica nulla. Lo stesso per i bambini che non potrebbero entrare ma, senza controllo, tutti fanno quello che vogliono. L’area relax è un andirivieni. Sono stato molte volte in Val Pusteria, dal garnì ai 4 stelle. Non pretendo the e pasticcini alle 5 (come mi è capitato in un 3 stelle di San Candido), ma almeno un piccolo snack di benvenuto e una bottiglia d’acqua è gradita. Manca un po’ quell’attenzione ai dettagli che fanno piacere. Non c’è nemmeno il bollitore per le tisane ( che si trova anche in qualsiasi garni) per riscaldarsi dopo le giornate al freddo. In sostanza dovete portarvi snack e acqua da casa. In alcuni hotel è previsto un minimo di dress code. Forse è eccessivo. Ma qui capita di trovare gente che fa colazione in pigiama senza che il personale dica nulla.

La camera bellissima comoda e strutturata bene, moderna ma in stile montano

Cons:

Dire non mi è piaciuto è eccessivo, peró magari avrei gradito trovare delle bottigliette di acqua nel frigo bar e valutare di inserire dei bollitori d’acquario che sarebbero davvero funzionali!

Pros:

Camere molto belle e grandi. Piscina e spa carine e tenute bene. Tutto molto pulito. Ottima la vista dai balconi e dal giardino.
Parcheggio comodo.

Cons:

Se avete un auto elettrica hanno una colonnina di ricarica rapida ma è a pagamento anche per gli ospiti (60 cent/kWh).
Colazione buona ma in un 4 stelle mi aspetterei che ti portino caffè/cappuccino o comunque la bevanda calda al tavolo invece quest'ultime sono da prendere da soli alle macchinette.
