Wunderbares Hotel in großartiger Lage
Pros:

Ein herzlich familiengeführtes, ganz wundervolles Hotel. Die Lage ist traumhaft mit tollem Blick und die Sonne ist auch Ende September lange im Garten. Der Pool und Whirlpool und die gesamte Gartenanlage sind großartig mit vielen Liegen und Sitzmöglichkeiten - die warme Gartendusche ist toll! Service im Garten sehr aufmerksam, faire Getränkepreise zu denen großartigerweise auch Snacks serviert werden. Auch die Inneneinrichtung und Terrasse sind super schön gestaltet. Toll, dass die Garage/Parkplätze kostenlos sind. Wir hatten Frühstück, es gibt eine Abendessenoption die am Morgen wählbar ist. Hafermilch vorhanden, lange Frühstückszeit von 7:30-10 Uhr. Das kleine Doppelzimmer ist vollkommen ausreichend, wenn man viel unterwegs ist. Ein Auto ist von Vorteil.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist eher auf "süß" ausgelegt. Für herzhaft könnte es mehr Abwechslung und z.B. Aufstriche geben. Kuchen am Nachmittag würde das Angebot auch toll abrunden. Leider ist die Straße vor dem Hotel vor der Sperrung ab 9Uhr stark befahren, was bei offenem Fenster leider störend empfunden werden kann.

Friendly and comfortable stay
Pros:

The room was the perfect size for my husband and I, it was very cozy and clean. The breakfast was great and the staff were all amazing! The optional dinner was fantastic as well, definitely recommended.

Wären wir Menschen, welche gerne Wandern gehen, wären wir Stammgäste.
Pros:

Die Familie und ihre Angestellten sind außerordentlich freundlich. Da wir zu spät gebucht haben, hatten wir jetzt keine gute Aussicht. Bei früher Buchung ist die Aussicht traumhaft. Die Parkmöglichkeit ist 1A in der Tiefgarage. Das Hotel macht den Anschein, als wäre es gerade erst neu erstellt. Für Wanderer eine klare Empfehlung .

Pros:

Bellissimo hotel a Castelrotto, a pochi km dall'Alpe di Suisi. La camera molto bella e spaziosa tutta in legno, quell'arredamento di montagna che da calore, avvolgente. La struttura è molto pulita e ordinata, ogni mattina c'è il buffet con una bella colazione variegata per accontentare tutti i palati. Lo staff molto gentile e disponibile. Inoltre l'hotel dispone di piscina e di un garage per la macchina. La vista sulla vallata è veramente molto bella. Lo consiglio

Pros:

La posizione è perfetta per chi vuole andare alle Alpi Siusi.
Si trova a due passi dal varco per andare alle Alpi Siusi in macchina, essendo che dalle 09 alle 17 è vietato salire in macchina.
Vista mozzafiato sulla parete dello sillar, e sulle colline sottostanti.

Super friendly & clean
Pros:

Hotel Ortler is a delightful place to stay. Everyone was super friendly and the place was immaculately clean. The pool was divine and the view from our room was beautiful. The location is great for visiting Alpe di Suise. We’d definitely stay there again.

The road was a little busy early in the morning with hikers keen to set out early to avoid the afternoon heat

Prachtige ligging. Prima faciliteiten. Vriendelijk personeel. Heerlijk ontbijt

Cons:

Enorm gehorig. Als het toilet werd door gespoeld bij de naastgelegen kamer hoorde je dit heel goed. Je hoorde duidelijk de stemmen in de andere kamer.

Staff cordiale e sempre disponibile.
Cena e colazione ottime.
Piscina con vista spettacolare.
Camera comoda con bagno grande e pulito.

I was thoroughly impressed by the experience. The hotel is perfectly located for anyone looking to explore Alpe di Siusi – just a short drive away from the ski lifts and hiking trails, making it an ideal base for outdoor activities year-round. Whether you’re there for skiing, hiking, or simply enjoying the stunning Dolomite views, the location couldn’t be more convenient.

The host were exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. They were always ready with helpful tips for local attractions, and their attention to detail made our stay even more enjoyable.

With its great location, welcoming staff, and excellent breakfast, it truly made our trip memorable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Alpe di Siusi area!

Perfect Stay
Pros:

This is a great place to stay If you are wanting to explore more of Alpe Di Suisi/Seiser Alm and Kastleruth/Castlerotto. I loved my one night stay here and how attentive the owner and staff were. The accommodation has a wonderful view of the valley below and a gorgeous panorama seating area in the dining room. I stayed in a room with a single bed that I found spacious and quiet. The bathroom has everything you need. I was able to park my car in their parking garage and it was easy to get in and out of!
