Pros:

Highly recommend this place.
First of all the onwer and the workers are so kind and helpful and try their best to do a good job and to help has much has possible. And they also alow forginers tourists to stay!!
The room is big very clean with very convenient bed and with a balcony.
The location just 5mintes walk from sokna lake. And about 30 minutes easy walk along the Beautiful park to the Rock garden.
In short highly recommend. And i hope to stay here again in the future. And thank you again to the kind friendly staff and manager of this lovely accommodation

Just a perfect spot to stay at this price point 👌🏻
Pros:

At this price they have given more than enough,
Staff's were very cooperative and helpful. I'm satisfied with the room & cleanliness (even I checked for dust inside the cupboard with my fingertip, but I didn't find any).
I will surely recommend my friends and family to this accommodation, and nearby you can get a dhaba particularly gupta dhaba from where you can have food which is kinda like home cooked not so spicy or oily which is good for travellers. Sukna lake is also very close to this place.

Cons:

I literally got no reason to say that I didn't like this or that in this hotel.

Pros:

The onwer and his workers are so friendly kind and helpful and providing lots of information. The onwer also help me to find transport from the bus station to his hotel late in the night.
The rooms are super clean and are very good for the price. Drinking water soap towel being provided.
The envirmnt is very quiet.
The location is near the big lake, parks and the rock garden.
There is some shops and small restaurants including a restaurant that provide veg delicious taliy near to the hotel.
I highly recommend this accommodation for people on a budget

Budget Stay with no proper Hotels / Restaurants nearby.
Pros:

Location - it was near to Sukhna lake and as well as 5 km from Chandigarh Railway Station. The area around the Hotel or as well you can call it a Hostel, was bit deserted being on one side of the Lake. Probably it may suit the IT workers, as the IT Park is very close by. Room Service was very exceptional.

Cons:

It's literally a Hostel with a makeshift Reception. The Entrance was like a common Household. The room we stayed had patchy walls. The Steps were very Steep with no lift facility.
