overall excellent stay, super location, well kept facility, clean and orderly
Pros:

location, cleanliness, friendly hosts

Cons:

the slope is pretty steep and I recommend a handrail be installed to avoid someone from falling, the access is pretty steep and I am sure making it more accessible will improve it’s usefulness and safety to visitors; especially if its wet or icy.

Another thing, I recommend that the host install some shelf where one can put their shampoo and soap in the shower… there is nothing at the moment and putting on the floor is not an option either because it’s very tight inside the cabin.

Personalul, am avut o situatie mai dificila si a fost necesar sa renunt la o noapte de cazare, si au fost foarte intelegatori. Am apreciat.

Pros:

Τέλεια τοποθεσία πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο της πόλης και πολύ ήσυχο, το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ ζεστό και πολύ καθαρό και ολο το ξενοδοχείο μύριζε πολύ ωραία .

Great stay! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was very convenient. Everything was well-organized and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely lovely hotel! Staff was excellent and helpful, they arranged tea for me to take away on the morning that I checked out. Hotel is reachable by walking from the train station and it is right next to all the attractions. The room itself, plus bathroom and shower, were all clean. Bed was very good to sleep in.

Pros:

Great location! Staff was very nice and allowed me to check in a little early so I could see the citadel ( which is a short walk away) . They had pretty good coffee in the morning but it did not begin until 8am.

Cons:

Too strong deodorizer in the carpet. Also, very small bathroom and the water took a very long time to get hot.
