Pros:

Хотела е приятен, но с определени забележки, персоналът беше добронамерен, съдействаха ни за всичко, което имахме нужда.

Cons:

- Ultra All Inclusive - определено има пропуски в услугата, най неприятно впечатление правят еднократните пластмасови чашки, в които се сипват напитките, слабо разнообразие за така обявената концепция
- Минибарът в стаята е празен, което също не отговаря на концепцията за Ultra All Inclusive
- Шезлонгите на плажа са неподдържани, като реално в тази зона не разполагаш с бар, има сложена постройка, в която ти дават вода или разтворим сок пак в еднократна пластмасова чашка, на самообслужване
- бяхме в студио, като първото в което ни настаниха, определено не отговаряше на хотел 5*, по-скоро на 3*. Искахме да ни сменят студиото, и хората на рецепция бяха много адекватни, направиха го, като новото срудио беше доста по-прилично
- няма тоалетни принадлежности в банята, както е редно в 5* хотел
- басейна изглеждаше чист, но си личи че е захабен на някои места
- няма халати в стаята, нещо което също според нас е редно за 5* хотел
- ресторанта не е голям, по-скоро покрива All Inclusive концепция, но чак Ultra All Inclusive не е
Ако хотела е обявен за 4* с All Inclusive концепция ще се доближи до реалността, поне според нас

Pros:

Food was good, staff was very friendly. Our room was ready 2 hrs prior to the check in time so we didn't have to wait. Plenty of free sunbends around the corner, with complimentary drinks

Cons:

Parking is listed as private but it's technically on the main street where there is a lot of foot traffic. First come first serve although we had no problem getting a spot

Sejur absolut perfect, locație extrem de confortabilă.
Pros:

Camera extraordinar de confortabilă, absolut toate facilitățile posibile, curățenie exemplară și zilnică, personal deosebit de amabil și disponibil , mâncare de foarte bună calitate, locație liniștită.

Cons:

Șezlongurile se ocupă repede atât la piscină cat și la plajă, trebuie să te trezești foarte devreme (maxim 8) pentru a prinde șezlonguri libere.

A good holiday at Nobel Hotel Sunny Beach
Pros:

Locatia hotelului este f buna, camerele sunt foarte mari si confortabile, patul este imens si f confortabil, am dormit foarte bine😊😊
Mi-a placut ca exista entertainment in fiecare seara si exista si activitati pe plaja/sau la piscina iar personalul care se ocupa de asta e foarte implicat. Cred ca exista si activitati multe pentru copii, dar in grupul nostru nu au fost copii, deci nu stiu detalii.
Meniul este variat si gustos

Cons:

Camera, in special baia nu mi s-a parut grozav de curata.
Mancarea este un pic cam sarata
Pe plaja exista doar un bar cu un dozator de sucuri sau apa si nu exista baie cu wc sau dus.
Desi majoritatea personalului este comunicativa si dornica de a veni in ajutor, au fost unele momente cand as fi avut nevoie de mai mult ajutor sau comunicarea nu a fost excelenta.
Barul este deschis doar pana la 11 noaptea. Imi dau seama ca inchiderea lui la aceasta ora este pentru a nu deranja ceilalti vecini sau chiar ceilalti oaspeti ai hotelului, totusi, aveam sentimentul ca " se da stigerea".

Disappointing experience and poor value for money.
Pros:

The hotel has a pleasant appearance, and some members of the staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The experience did not meet the expectations of a 5-star Ultra All Inclusive hotel. The beach is about 700 metres away, the pools are much smaller than presented, the food is repetitive, there were ants in the room, there is no safe in the room, and parking costs about €10 per day. The most unpleasant experience was the broken bracelet incident and the inappropriate behaviour of a staff member, who spoke Bulgarian, repeatedly said “territory” and knocked over a sun lounger in front of tourists.There is no safe in the room, and a safe at reception costs €7 per day.

leżaki na wyłączność gości hotelu na plaży to mega plus,
jedzenie solidne,
obsługa bardzo miła
możliwość korzystania z restauracji po wymeldowaniu do końca dnia to duży plus

Mała dostępność leżaków na basenie - zajmowanie leżaków już od rana, potem leżą puste( jak chcesz pospać do 9/00 to już na basenie nie poleżysz)
zimna woda w basenie
animacje wieczorne to pomyłka - nudy,nudy,nudy
bar na plaży serwuje tylko słodkie napoje i wodę - słabo

Nu merită 5 stele acest hotel niciodată

Aproape de plajă 5 minute maxim de mers

Hotelul nu este de 5 stele niciodata
Camera veche, mobila antica, ventilatorul de la baie ruginit și plin de calcar, coșul de gunoi de la baie la fel, robineții de la duș și chiuveta plini de calcar, gândacii din baie, balconul foarte mare dar foarte murdar cu gușteri pe sub gresie
Patul obosit rău, scârțâie la fiecare mișcare, aerul condiționat își face treaba cat de cat dar tot condensul curge tot acolo și s-a format o mare pata de mucegai pe tavan
Liftul groaznic, așteptăm câte 20-30 min să pot să cobor unde aveam treabă, nu se închideau ușile după ce te urcai în el
Mâncarea nu foarte diversificată cam aceeași mereu dar în alt fel gătită
Băuturile foarte proaste
Barul de pe plajă avea program până la ora 18:00 dar câteodată se închidea de la ora 11:00
Curățenia în cameră se făcea doar când aveau doamnele chef chiar dacă lăsai pe ușă acel semn să se facă curat
