Raport bun pret/calitate. Mâncarea diversificata, aqua park-ul
Distanta fata de plaja, modul in care se facea curățenie in camere
Tesise geçen senede gidip konaklamıştık. Aquapark ve ana yemekler çok güzel.
Herşeyden ekstra para almaya çalışıyorlar. 4 yaşındaki çocuk için ekstra 100euro para ödedik ama odamız değişmedi aynı odada konakladık. Oda kartımı akşam yemeğinde masanın üstünde unuttuğumu farkettiğinde saat 21:00i 5 dk geçiyor diye çalışan restaurant a girmeme izin vermedi. Kart masanın üzerinde görünmesine rağmen resepsiyona bırakacağını ordan almamı söyledi. Resepsiyon kartı kaybettiğim için 6 Euro para aldı.
The aqua park, and free drinks
The straw that broke the camel’s back was at check out were I was remi des to vacate the room with 15mins to go. So here goes the honest review for the hotel:
- awful room location, right above the main gate next to the deposit facility across the room with generators roaming all night. Hornets nest in the corner of the balcony (probably inactive to be fair, haven’t seen any during stay)
- there’s shuttles coming in at 12:30am, 1am which are allowed to enter past the main gate. These 60000L diesel engines are kept running until all people offload, and of course the drivers slam the side baggage doors as cherry on top. The 30 mile long auto main gate beeps continuously until it opens and closes adding to a very cheerful goodnight song. All operations around 15min, 2/3 times per night every couple of nights
- food is all inclusive. Barely anything to eat at each serving, but out of all sortiments theres 1 /2 things ok, so by day 4 you already know what to pick and what to avoid
Now the not so nice part:
- we asked the reception for a room change, but were denied as hotel was fully packed (high season) but to upgrade for a proper room on the aqua park side we we “only had 3 nights left”. Which means they somewhat had rooms available but since they are booked for at least 5 nights we were denied the upgrade (which we told we were totally fine to pay the difference).
- restaurant “gatekeeper” didn’t allow us to leave with 3 croissants on a napkin. “Fruits are fine, but other food not allowed”. I had to go in, leave 2 on a table and take one bite of a third one to walk out with it. Come on….
- people say WiFi is bad. Technically not true. You have 4 bars for WiFi 5 everywhere, just dial up speed. So even though there’s free WiFi, you’ll just use your carrier data everywhere.
Overall you are better off staying at nearby hotels and pay the aqua park entrance.

נהנינו מאוד מהביקור! אהבנו במיוחד את הכמות והמגוון של המגלשות – יש הרבה אפשרויות, כך שלא משתעממים. הצוות היה אדיב ושירותי, המתחם היה נקי ומסודר, ויש גם נשנושים ושתייה חופשית לאורך הבילוי. חוויה מהנה ומומלצת למשפחות.
לצד הדברים החיוביים, היו גם כמה נקודות שפגעו בחוויה. בחדר הראשי המקלחת לא הייתה תקינה והזרם היה חלש מאוד. המיטה עצמה הייתה נוחה, אבל הכריות היו לא נוחות במיוחד. החדר היה נקי בסך הכול, אך כיסוי המיטה היה מלוכלך. בנוסף, הייתה כספת בחדר, אך השימוש בה היה כרוך בתשלום נוסף – בהתחשב במחיר החדר, לדעתי שירות כזה היה צריך להיות כלול במחיר.

Персонала на рецепция е нацупен и не се вълнува от гостите, една усмивка може да прави чудеса но уви.
Стаята в която бяхме настанени имаше силна миризма, както и влага беше избила от стената към банята.
