Simple hotel has all the necessary thingd and water refill in the lobby. Bathroom was big.
Prive value is really bad for vietnam standards. Hosts were not really friendly seemed more annoyed to having guests than happy. Also hard to fiend them nobody was in the lobby when we arrived.
Some ants in the room.
And the harbour there is not the one to go to the islands! (We didnt know).
Staff were very friendly. Room had the essentials- bed-hard beds, bathroom, air-conditioning, and great for me a kettle.
There was no room service. I had to request clean towels and buy water down the street. I found the room stuffy without a window and there were tiny bugs like ants but smaller near the kettle.no fridge.
The room and the bathroom in general were OK (apart from the bucket).
1. The hotel is not where it is indicated on the Booking map. It is actually not in the center, but near the ferry terminal. Due to this incorrect indication, we spent 40 minutes looking for it.
2.When we finally found it, there was nobody at the reception (in the middle of the day). We waited some time, and then started calling, to no effect. Finally we went up the floors and found a woman (cleaner?). She spoke no English. A young man came by, with very limited English as well. None of them was actually very polite. It took in total 40 minutes before we actually checked in.
There was a dripping shower and bucket (for the water) in the bathroom.
