The staff is great and very helpful for the most part just need them to update some of the protocols and procedures.

the staff .

Cons:

the rooms have roaches and they do these routine checks on Tuesdays I understand the need for them safety wise. But if you’re in the room with headphones in & you can’t hear them knock they’ll just open the door anyways . And I’m not too fond of that type of invasion of privacy if all you’re dropping off is one trash bag anyways .

Pros:

The staff was accommodating.

Cons:

Dead roaches in the toilet , roaches crawling by the headboard, dead roaches in the refrigerator. Dirty rug with trash and dirt underneath.

bad service. The managers in office g
jasmine and Anita were very rude. They did not answer questions.And many face expressions lkke as if they were bothered. Bathrooms are nasty. Overcgarged me for my stay in the same exact room. I booked an upgraded room online and was cvarged for it but not given another room.

A messy representation
Pros:

The customer service representative was very rude. I had a confirmed reservation for June 30. The evening I got there this guy was totally out of line. I was asking questions about how to pay and he just went off. I know he needs more training. I’m a veteran and I’m 68 years old. Since I couldn’t get the reservation sorted out I asked could I charge my phone and leave. He said no, do I dragged my 4 bags up a hill to a bus stop. I wanted to call an Uber. This was something I don’t think I will ever forget and I will never stay with In Town Suites. Thank you

STAY AWAY!! Dangerous location, rude & indignant employees. Would not allow me to check in during check in hours then charged me for 1 night anyway. Book at your own risk.

Pros:

My room has an infestation of roaches!! They sprayed and more came out!! They were on the ceiling the wall and floor and bed! I paid up 11 nights! I went and got another room somewhere else! Then they talking about they don’t do refunds! Then told me they would refund me because I checked out early and still haven’t received confirmation of that!! I’m highly disappointed with this company!!! I’m going to call the health department and BBB!!! Someone is going to run me my money back!!!

Splendid but needs to cut off the internet fees

Serenity is wonderful. Staff good and internet wonderful

Cons:

Money we pay for laundry and internet.
The people above me were always disturbing with chair movement and it always woke my son up from sleep
