Overall wonderful and excellent
Pros:

Lots of parking for those who drive in.
Excellent friendly staff, and they all speak excellent English. Everyone is very chill and the hotel is clean.
Location is quite central to everything, no lack of food options. 6mins drive to heart of Georgetown, but without the noise and the smells. The dim sum place up the street is a little pricy but have delicious interesting options. The kopi tiam diagonally across the road has tons of food, it is a little rundown but the prices go at about RM7-8 and portion is quite good.
Hotel itself runs a cafe inside, and Halal food outside starting evening late into the night.
8-10mins ride to the Fisherman's Wharf, we now recognize the easiest entrance is the Shell gas station adjoining with a KFC. Kind of hard to miss.
Washing machine and dryer available in lobby for RM8 each for 30mins. Free detergent provided.

Cons:

Despite the cleanliness, there's a lot of mosquitoes. First day, we killed like 4 mossies in our room. I got stung a few times in the lobby while waiting for laundry too.

Hotel only has 1 car entrance and is kind of tight and easy to miss. Maybe some signs make it obvious?

There's hardly any paved sidewalk to walk on. We are literally on the road when we walk out to food places.
