Convenient location, within walking distance to a nearby mall and many local food stalls.

Cons:

The bathroom floor becomes very slippery after showering, which may not be safe for elderly guests. The bed felt old and saggy, with some hair on it, and the bedsheets had an unpleasant smell. The room floor was also dusty and felt dirty immediately upon entering.

Pros:

Property is at good location and rooms were good too but the main thing is the hotel persons they are great and amazing specially inn. Great person to talk and suggest many things in and around.

Needs better cleaning but location is good
Pros:

Location isnt bad. Close to Komtar and the jettys. 20 minutes walk to the nightlife area. The coffee shop in the hotel is great too.

Cons:

Very basic room and bathroom. Not very clean. Cleaners dont seem to do a proper job especially with cleaning the floors. There was a huge stain on the bedding which they kindly cleaned when I asked but it shouldn't have been there in the first place.
