Дуже класний готель! Все прекрасно!
Pros:

Дуже приємне обслуговування. Привітні дівчата, йдуть на зустріч, дуже позитивні.
Номер гарний, комфортний.
Розташування супер, в самому центрі.

Pros:

Чудове місцерозташування в самому центрі. Можна залишити речі до і після заселення. Швидке поселення і ввічливий персонал. Загальний інтер'єр готелю чудовий. Доволі зручне ліжко.

Cons:

Звукоізоляція відсутня взагалі: всіх сусідів і телевізори чутно з усіх боків, тому відпочити в номері не вдасться. Номер без вікна все ж краще не брати. Доволі застарілі рушники, один чайник на поверх. За таку ціну краще обрати апартаменти.

Загалом хороший готель. Приємну атмосферу створює любʼязний персонал. Тільки трохи попрацювати над чистотою в номері.
Pros:

Розташування супер. Загалом гарний номер. Дуже привітний персонал. Для дитини надали окреме ліжечко. Зручний матрац. Смачні та великі сніданки.

Cons:

Було не зовсім чисто, особливо - душ. Виглядає трошки занедбано. Погана шумоізоляція.

Якщо не захворіти вночі, то можна поставити готелю найвищу оцінку.
Pros:

Загалом хороший готель в центрі міста. Вчасно підготовлені документи для відрядження, швидкий зворотний звязок. Але в мене, наприклад, сталося отруєння, то в аптечці готелю нічого крім парацетамолу та протиалергенних більше не виявилося. У номерах є вода лише за гроші, чайник по коридору, що більше нагадувало хостел, аніж готель.

Cons:

Аптечка в готелі майже відсутня і аптеки поруч немає. Вода в номерах платна, чайник на коридорі. Сніданок можна замовити лише до 10 вечора, якщо ви приїжджаєте пізніше, то врахуйте це, я замовити вже не змогла, бо приїхала о 22:20.

Cons:

Hotel canceled my booking and informed just some hours before. It was quite problematic to find and book new hotel because I am non Ukrainian and I had very poor internet connection and my mobile phone battery was almost empty. Think twice if you want to book this hotel.

Nonostante ancora la stagione fredda , i termosifoni non hanno funzionato mai , né il giorno , né la notte . Alla reception ho domandato perché non funzionavano ed mi è stato detto di aprire la manopola come se uno fosse deficiente e non sapesse come funziona un termosifone . Non consiglio per niente questo albergo , CI SONO MOLTO DI MEGLIO ALTRI ALBERGHI .
