Pros:

Spacious rooms, nice bathroom, very clean, nice communal area. Great for the price, decently close to most things in Chiang Rai.

Cons:

Only real issues I had was there was no window in my room which was a bit odd and that the mattress wasn't that comfortable.

Pros:

The place is super comfortable and the location is good. Free coffee every morning and yummy biscuits. The lady receptionist very helpful. Will definately recommend it.

La reserva la hice a través de booking, con pago online y cuando llegamos allí nos indican que no cogen pagos online y que debíamos abonar la habitación, y a día de hoy sigo peleándome con booking para que me devuelvan el dinero

Pros:

Nice large rooms with a fridge with a very reasonable price. We were planning to stay 2 nights but extended to 3.

It was okey.
Pros:

Staff very lovely and friendly. Coffee from 7-10.
Location was great.
They refill the water everyday.

Cons:

The bed was very hard.
They only refill the water, they don’t clean the floor or do the beds. (Not a problem, so just you know)

Simple and affordable
Pros:

This property is fine if you just need somewhere to sleep at night and store your belongings during the day. Good value for the price and friendly staff

Cons:

No hot water for my three nights there which wasn’t ideal as the weather outside was cold (January). If coming during the cooler seasons I would bring warm clothing to sleep in as the room is quite cold.
