The perfect stay, quiet, super clean and supremely comfortable.
Pros:

Great location. Very large room, very quiet where it was situated. The beds were exceptionally comfortable with quality bed linen and a selection of pillows, soft to firm. The room had everything I could possibly need. I loved the touch bedsides lamps with USB charger. The taxi service they use were excellent, very prompt and professional. The breakfasts were really tasty and varied daily. Will book again on my return. I slept so well here, highly recommend.

Cons:

Would of liked to serve myself at breakfast, but I understand some customers would be wasteful.

I have stayed there several times because it’s a nice place to stay
Pros:

The breakfast was in keeping with expectations as compared with other similar institutions however, the portions were a lot too measured as, with my dietary restrictions, the portion was small given what I could have comsumed. The staff were friendly and helpful and the owner was very pleasant.

Cons:

Be a bit more generous with the portion sizes especially for those with dietary restrictions

I didn’t like that I had a ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign on the door, but when I returned, the bed had been

Overall, my experience at this hotel was exceptional. The staff were very respectful, helpful, and courteous. The room was very clean and made my stay very comfortable. The breakfast was very tasty. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others

Cons:

Didn't like that i had a no disturb sign on the room, but when i came back the bed was made up. I think the cleaning staff should respect the sign.

If you are wondering if your should book at this hotel. Do it!
Pros:

Everything lived up to what was advertised. Staff were very friendly and went out of their way to assist, even anticipated concerns and addressed them before I realized that I would have had to ask. I would tell anyone asking that staying here is a great decision. Breakfast was well above expectations!

Cons:

Certainly would have been difficult to lift suitcases up the stairs as no service offer in that regard. It was good that I am able enough to do it. The stairwell is a bit difficult to navigate with large suitcases in hand.

With all research saying DO NOT drink the water in Guyana. I think that is my only "complaint" as you would expect to be able to take a drink of water in your room which is not possible without a cost for bottled water at the hotel. There is however a grocery just a few steps (literally) away where we were able to purchase a case of water for the entire stay at a very reasonable price.
