No air con a but tired
Perfect location for our stay. Rooms were large, well equipped, clean and comfortable. The staff at check-in, at the bar and at breakfast were exceptional, kind, cheerful and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
Room was hot, but we were having a heatwave at the time and we were offered a fan when we checked-in.
The location was perfect for the event I was attending. Plus, it was located not too far from a lively neighborhood, and it was easy to walk to the city center from there.
One of the lights went out the day before checked out, and I figure that housekeeping would deal with it.

The pillows were flat and we asked for more but reception didn’t give them to us. Breakfast was good and there was plenty but would be nice if the cups were bigger. The scrambled eggs were nice the first day and lumpy and uncooked the second and third days.
Ideal location , staff were friendly and helpful.

Location is great, parking available, lovely staff, very clean.
It was really hot last night and tgere was no way of cooling the room down. We had to have all the windows open. As our room is over looking the road and it was friday night the noise was loud. So we didnt get much sleep
The room is clean and functional and the location is close to work. The shower is good. Staff are pleasant.
There was a concert right next to the hotel until 10:30 and so there was no chance of me getting any sleep, When the concert goers left, they were just as noisy. The hotel did not warn me this was scheduled for the night I was staying. I had to shut the window on one of the hottest nights of the year with no air conditioning available.
I also asked if it would be possible to have vegan biscuits and plant based milk in the room as I can't have the normal milk. Instead, I got nothing, even bourbons are vegan, so could have had those like last time.
I had a meeting in the morning at 9am, but the wifi like my last stay, was terrible, and it kept buffering, so I had to use the chat to be able to contribute to the meeting, less than ideal!
The TV is mounted crooked on the wall, and there is no mirror on the dressing table, luckily my hairdryer cable is long enough it could reach the door where the mirror was located.
I ended up watching a program on my phone rather Than the TV in the end as could not find BBCiplayer or Ch4 catch up etc, only the main Chanels.
