A wonderful getaway and in support of a good cause

Pros:

The staff were very friendly, the beds were super comfy, and a 11am check out means theres no rush to be out.

Cons:

The only thing was the people in the room were quite noisey, but I was so tired, I fell asleep anyway.

Great location, good value for money, clean spacious room.
Pros:

Large cosy bed, very clean facilities. Friendly staff who were welcoming and we had a a very smooth check in. The location was excellent location,we were able to walk every where, very close to Deansgate and the main hub of activities in Manchester, particularly loved that we were able to discover St John's district which was amazing. Really good value for money.

Cons:

Would have preferred freshly cooked breakfast rather than a buffet.

Pros:

The hotel was basic but did the job. It was clean but a little rough around the edges.

Cons:

No plugs near bed. Water was boiling hot (no cold water!)

Passable stay in Castlefield Manchester
Pros:

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, towels were new and clean, kettle tea, coffee, milk & biscuits provided. TV worked. Hand-wash, shower gel & 2 water cups supplied. Two bins with liners. No previous rubbish left.

Cons:

As a single female the room allocated to me was on the 1st floor directly above the roof of the hotel reception and I was a little concerned that an intruder could climb on to the roof and get into my room. There was no air conditioning or fan. There was only 1 light switch for the entire room & bathroom?? There were no rails for the towels.
