Exactly what I’d expect for the price, spacious rooms, cheerful staff.
Pros:

Staff(Denim) were friendly and informative. They seemed really cheerful-I noticed they were there again ehen we checked out and still seemed as cheerful. The price was great and the room a good size.

Cons:

Room could have been just a tiny bit cleaner-bit of plastic from a previous guest in the shower, mark on the linen and bed cover. Beds (or at least the one I used was a little uncomfortable-had a dip in it. But I was so tired it didn’t matter too much.

Lift broke and it took four days to repair, I was on the top floor. Not good.

Pros:

Its location is great. The rooms are very clean and comfortable.
All the staff friendly and helpful.
The added bonus of the health facilities make it a great place to stay

Clean and bright room, friendly staff, great location.
Pros:

Room was very big, clean and perfect for 3 people. Shower was big, lovely hot water.
Breakfast was continental with a good variety, staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Nothing, prices for a cappuccino were a bit high if I have to say something.

Strongly recommend. Staff, breakfast and facilities excellent.
Pros:

The sauna and steam was amazing. A real treat.

Cons:

The double bed was two singles joined together and I kept ending up on the dip. Loads of hotels do this. It is frustrating
