Love, love this hotel and staff, such a shame the owners won’t invest in its infrastructure.

Pros:

The breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice. The room could do with a refresh. I think we were the youngest in the hotel as we were not aware there were coach parties of oap's booked in. However they were very friendly and lovely people.

Cons:

The room was a bit dated.

Would not go back.
Pros:

The sea view

Cons:

Booked a double; was given a twin.
Shower was useless - no water pressure at all.
Room was very dated and old feel to it.
Windows were rotten.

Ok but if we’d booked for more than 2 days, we’d have requested a different room.
Pros:

The hotel and room were clean, in a very convenient location and the receptionist was pleasant and helpful. It was great having free parking.

Cons:

We were on the 5th floor. The room was incredibly hot with only one small fan and we managed to get only a few hours of sleep. In particular, the bathroom window was broken and could not be left open. There was no blind or curtain in the bathroom and so it became so hot that we could not remain in there. Also, the lack of blind meant we felt very exposed in the bathroom when the lights were on at night.
The Wi-Fi signal was non existent except intermittently during the night. Even 4g signal was weak.

Quite good , but the hotel is a bit dark, it needs brightening up a bit.
Pros:

Good location and price

Cons:

After breakfast big queue for lift . One was out of order. After nearly 15 mins, I had to walk up to the fourth floor, something that is difficult for me.

It served all our needs
Pros:

Breakfast excellent the the room was so large and comfortable.The location was right opposite the pier and near shops and beach.

Cons:

I could no fault anything and we would definitely go again.
