Lovely Victorian property with lovely sea views
Pros:

Lovely sea view, clean, good modern shower, nice Victorian feel to the hotel. Like stepping back in history!

Cons:

Nothing, we loved this hotel.

We enjoyed the stay . Staff was very nice and accommodating
Pros:

We had a great room with a view on the water, boulevard and the pier . The room was super clean with a king size bed and very large bathroom - also very clean with shower and bath . Great facility

Cons:

It’s an old Victorian large hotel and first impression felt outdated but the room was excellent and clean which gave us totally different impression

I didn't expect a lot from a very old fashioned hotel....it was ok for a 1 night stay .
Pros:

The quality of the breakfast was fine but tables were very close together. We had hoped for breakfast to be offered a little later on a Sunday but it finished at 09.30.

Cons:

The whole place is very dated.

Highly recommended for a very pleasant stay.
Pros:

I have stay here on many occasions and choose this hotel to return to. The front of house staff are excellent at supporting me for anything whatsoever. Particularly Sheldon who should be the manager. Her people skills and ability to stay professional at all times are excellent. I had an issue with a tv and Sheldon, along with Wayne sorted the issue until resolved. No fuss. I wasn’t made to feel uncomfortable. The hotel was busy at this time too.

Cons:

There isn’t anything I didn’t like.

Great location, bingo was fun. Lots of coach trips so busy
Pros:

Liked the breakfasts and the entertainment

Cons:

The reception staff were not overly friendly.
The noise coming from the attic above us kept us from sleeping well.
We were offered another room on day 3 but declined.
Reported the noise but believe nothing was done.

Had a great few days, would definitely go again.
Pros:

Location was brilliant, easy to travel to and from and just a stones throw from the sea. Lots of nice shops and restaurants to use from outside the Queens hotel.

Cons:

The room was at the side of the hotel so no sea views, this was disappointing. Breakfast - as a B&B customer had to wait until 8.45am each morning as coach parties got priority. Was not able to eat in the restaurant as again coach parties had priority and at the time of stay there were several coaches staying.

Super Lage, ein richtiges altes Britisches Stadhotel direlkt am Meer.
Pros:

Altes Hotel an bester Lage. Sehr britisch, halt so ein richtiges Queens Hotel. Man fühlt sich um Jahre zurückversetzt. Das Hotel ist sehr gross, hat viele Zimmer und entsprechend auch einen grossen eigenen Parkplatz. Das Hotel wird von grossen Reisegesellschaften gebucht für Senioren. Entsprechend hat es sehr viele ältere Gäste da, für die das ganze Menueangebot und Abendunterhaltung perfekt organisiert wird.

Cons:

Wenn man das Preis-Leistungsangebot anschaut, dann nichts.

Pros:

The size of our room

Cons:

At 55 being the youngest there. Felt the hotel is geared up for the senior citizens.
Also told we had to have breakfast between 8am and 9am .when we came down for breakfast told we would have to wait for a table due to the tables been allocated to coach party guest although the restaurant was half empty
