Good location and really helpful staff!

Stayed here for a week and were pleasantly surprised. The hotel entrance and lobby area are nicely decorated and aesthetically pleasing.
The real highlight was the staff. Super friendly and genuinely helpful. We initially checked into a nice room, but wanted a different view, so we asked if we could switch. They showed us another room and when we said yes they moved us no questions, no hassle.

The bed was great, big, high, with one of those firm mattresses that actually supports you instead of swallowing you whole. Had a the best sleep ever. Now want to by mattress like tris for my apartment back home 😁

Location worked well for us. Beach is a short walk, maybe 5 minutes. There's a fruit market close by and a couple of 7/11 stores just around the corner, so grabbing snacks or water was never an issue.

Would stay again.

Проживанием в отеле остались довольны. Из номера выход в бассейн. Ежедневная уборка номеров. До моря пешком примерно 20 минут, так же утром до 11 часов ходит шатл до моря. Рекомендуем для бронирования.

The location is good. Easy to get around Karon & Kata Area.

Cons:

Staff were very rude. Bad smell in the lobby & the elevators. Stayed 4 nights. None refundable.
