Nice hotel to stay in Phan thiết.
Pros:

Clean. Friendly staffs. Good food. Good location. Quiet from all the scooters noise.

Cons:

AC unit aim center of the bed, flows air directly to body while sleeping. Kept awake at night.

Couldn't stand in the shower - would be better removing the bath and having just a shower cubicle. Not recommended for anyone 5'9 or above.
