After breakfast we notice some people ordering fresh fry eggs/omelette. We didn’t know about possibility to get fresh food which seems unfair.

The property was a little isolated.

Lage doch etwas weit vom Stadtzentrum in einem neu erschlossenen Stadtteil. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in die Stadt gibt es noch nicht. Da es in dem neuen Stadtteil noch keine Geschäfte gibt muss man zum Einkaufen ins Stadtzentrum. Ein Stuhl auf dem Balkon und eine Tasse zum Wasserkocher wären schön

As a Westerner, it took a few days to get used to the idea of there being no shower curtain for the tub/shower and just letting the floor of the bathroom get wet all the time. With the toilet right next to the tub, this meant the floor around it was wet. I felt sorry for the housekeeping staff (who were wonderful) having to mop up the floor everytime they cleaned the room.

We had ants in our room and not just a few. I told the front desk and they said the would take care of it. The ants were always there. We actually had baking soda with us and read that could help so put that in the areas most affected(the bed side tables, ugh!!)
The location isn't great if you do not have a car or motorbike. We walk and walk we did, lol!! The "beach" isn't a vacation beach, sea walls up due to erosion, no beach chairs or even a place to lay down a towel. Mui Ne is about 25 mins drive away, a little better for beach, we took the local bus. We were there for a full week and it was way too long. It would have been good for a weekend or short stay.
The breakfast is typical SouthEast Asian rice, noodle, soup, etc. The first day they had hard boiled eggs so that was great but then those were gone. From there on out we ordered eggs and they were always undercooked, runny scrambled eggs, etc, but it is fine. You can make it work! Always watermelon and bananas. We've had worse and better so you never know.

1. В связи с тем, что райончик новый - вокруг много строящихся зданий, звуки соотвеетсвующие.
2. Что-то постоянно гудело на улице, я так и не смогла понять, что. Возможно какой-то бесперебойник или что-то подобное.
3. На столе/рабочей поверхности бегают муравьи, если что-то кушать - набегает толпа к тебе в компанию.
4. В нашем номере в душевой кабине был пробит пол и вода стекала по полу мимо унитаза, что создавало постоянное болотце в его районе. Затыкание пяткой не сильно помогало.
5. Завтрак очень скудный для европейцев - можно заказать яичницу, омлет + скушать бутерброд с паштетом, нет ни сыра ни колбасы, из фруктов - бананы и арбуз. Остальное для любителей азиатской кухни.
6. Мнимая близость моря не сулит ничего интересного. Во-первых все набережная ограждена забором из проф-листа, что сильно портит картину, ну а во-вторых - просто нет мест для купания, вся набережная облицована плиткой и море ограждено бордюром и волнорезом, периодически спускаются ступеньки в воду, я так и не поняла это для купания или нет...

Несмотря на то, что убирали каждый день, не поменяли однажды постельное белье. В номере были муравьи (не много, но неприятно). Матрас жёсткий, для нас не очень привычно, но, говорят, в Азии это везде так.
Кофе растворимый. Но это не проблема т.к. рядом кофейня и можно сходить туда.
Парадный вход чистый, но стоит отойти 2 метра (мусор, грязь). Но, опять же, они стараются и убирают.
