Unbeatable price/quality. Very polite and friendly staff, location in the center of the town, quiet room with river view. Exceptionally clean hotel.

Staff were great. They allowed us to use the washing machine and hang our clothes up in the laundry. Room was huge, high ceilings. bed comfortable. There is a shared kitchen and refrigerator. The hotel had obviously had a renovation and they have done it well.
Pillows were too high for us but then most hotels seem to have too high pillows look good on the bed but not comfortable to sleep on. Just our preference. There is a leak in the shower that needs fixing but really we enjoyed our stay would recommend.

Petit hôtel un peu impersonnel, sans petit déjeuner, mais d'une propreté irréprochable, et qui peut constituer une bonne base arrière pour explorer la région magnifique (et méconnue) de Ninotsminda. Le personnel est aimable malgré la barrière de la langue. Notre chambre était très grande et bien équipée, avec une cuisine à proximité.
Ce serait bien de proposer un petit-déjeuner, il n'y a pas vraiment d'établissement où le prendre à proximité, à part un salon de thé juste à côté, mais qui ouvre à 10h.
Unassuming but perfectly suitable little hotel. Large rooms, clean and modern facilities, with excellent staff. We were 3 bikepackers looking for a shower after some time camping. The staff were very welcoming, allowed us to keep our bikes inside by reception, and happy to give food recommendations
Absolutely Amazing place! I arrived on my bike during a rainstorm and they welcomed me perfectly. Everything is clean and they also have a kitchen open to use.

It’s a hotel, so if you have other guests who are disrespectful and speak loudly for hours on speaker phone in the hall, your sleep will be disturbed. All you can do is hope the other guests are normal too, since the rooms are not soundproof

Our room was huge; there was on-site parking with security cameras, the internet worked beautifully, and the hotel was spotless. When I became a little ill, Rosa, the cleaning woman, brought me an extra blanket and hot tea and checked on me 3 times to make sure I was ok. By the time we left, we felt like we were part of a family.
Everything was perfect.
We stayed at this hotel for the second time, and once again everything was excellent. The first time we stayed as 2 people, and this time we came back with a group of 9 — everyone really enjoyed their stay. The hosts were very attentive, friendly, and welcoming throughout the whole visit. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and well organized, especially for a large group. The location is also very good, with stores nearby and a great café right next to the hotel. We would definitely be happy to stay here again.
