The staff here are amazing and cannot do enough for you. The location is superb and the size of the room and balcony were excellent.
For sure this is a budget hotel so don't go expecting luxury. My biggest gripe was the bedding which was tired and could do with updating.
What you do get though is a very relaxing stay for very little money.
The bedding was the main thing that should be addressed. The mattress and pillows were comfortable enough but the sheets were old and stained. They wash and change them every couple of days but they really do need new ones.
At £21 a night though it didn't put me off.
Great location. Lovely big room, very clean. Excellent bathroom, very good water pressure. Really nice terrace with a fan.
No breakfast option, although there are plenty of places nearby. Quite difficult to find.

Room was spacious and good
I was moved to Hotell Florra Inn which is by the same owner. It is closer to the beach and has a restaurant in the ground floor. There is a seating area outsied the room that is wonderful. The restaurant served great food all day. Very nice staff.
The bed was very hard, the pillow too.
Keep none of your stuff on the floor as ther are insects, but this is the case for all budget hotels in India.
Was happy I had air conditioning as it was very hot and humid.

The location of hotel is good, except that you need to carry your luggage for a few meters in tiny streets. Rooms are new, have facility to dry your wet clothes after beach Play.

Location and Room Size
Everything was great at the property....Great location, staff members, room size etc....only issue is facilities at the property and room service. I travelled with my family and when they wanted to have tea in the morning...no facility....nothing before 7:30 AM, which is not actually fair for Indian family. Since the staff offer services late evening as well, there is no one to ask or request in the morning. That was the only missing link to improve.
Everything! Staff were lovely as soon as we arrived. Our room wasn’t ready so we were upgraded to a sea view room for the first night.
We were dreading moving to our other room then but it turned out to be even better. It was tucked away on a quiet street behind the promenade. Literally a 2 minute walk from the front door to the beach and all the restaurants.
It was spotless! Our bathroom was brand new and we had hot water in the shower (which is a luxury in India) The ends we’re so comfortable but pillows were a bit hard. It felt like having an apartment, there was so much room.
We had a lovely balcony with a fan. Indoors we had air con and a fan, plus toiletries.
We just loved the staff here. They were so hard working and always smiling when we seen them (especially Kumar)
Couldn’t fault it. If we were returning tomorrow we’d stay in the exact same place.
Hard pillows but wouldn’t stop us returning. Maybe just a suggestion for them.
