I stay here every year when visiting friends and family
Pros:

Courteous staff. Great evening meals,especially the curries. Good variety on menu.
Great room, very comfortable bed.
Breakfast dreadful (if on a diet). Really good buffet, and well served and cooked. Quality.

Cons:

Nothing, all was correct and the staff were very polite and helpful.

Pros:

i stayed a night and next day I realised i had a left a phone in the room - not discovered until late in day - i went back about 7pm and the staff had found it and kept it safe - I wish I had lefta reward but i was imn a rush - so many thanks to the ethos of Ramada and the great staff!
