It was situated along with others at motorway services which was convenient with choices of food.
15 minute easy drive to park&ride bus station for Oxford city centre.
The very best ever was hotel room had air conditioning which was a pleasure to walk into after very hot days out.
Overall the room was well equipped and very clean.
We would definitely stay again.
The stairs from reception to the next floor was grubby the carpet looked worn and needed replacing with something more appropriate.
The hand rail and whole of staircase needed a good clean.
I had to hold the hand rail (due to recent knee op) which wasn't nice due to the sticky etc feel I couldn't wait to get to our room to wash my hands.
Unfortunately we were in room 263 which was only 1 room furthest from reception and it took 5 minutes walk along the very long and hot corridor. So it was great to then walk into air conditioning Bedroom
The staff were helpful and friendly
Hairs in the bed, the air conditioner did not work, the room was like an oven, the carpets were threadbare, the place looked dingy. To expensive for what we got!

S staff member decided to restock the bar from the store room next to my room at 3am disturbing my sleep

Good sized rooms.
Very hot no air con only fans. Not an ideal place to stay when you have children. When they have boy racers driving round at 1am to 3am in the morning woke little girl up absolutely petrified. Phoned down to reception to see if anything could be done like contacting the police but no reply from reception.
Decent location, fine for an overnight ready for an early start to destination
Parking fee is extortionate. I've never known a services hotel to charge extra for parking

Room had no air con or cool ventilation. There was a fan provided, but the room was actually hotter than the 30 degree heat outside we realised on leaving the building.
Lots of Cobwebs in the room.
