Great comfortable room and good breakfast.
Bad signage on the site. Went twice around the houses finding the entrance in the dark.
The food was good. The reception staff were helpful and did all they could to be fair to them.
First room, the window was broken and didn't shut. So they moved me to another room. SAME PROBLEM! I'd recommend someone check the windows of this hotel as they all seem broke, including my colleagues who came.
They advertise that they have a gym. They don't. It's a broken cross trainer and a mirror in a room that stinks. Constant beeping throughout the corridor all night too which resulted in me having around 2 hours of solid sleep. Awful place.
Very adequate
No complementary biscuits
room was clean and tidy
breakfast was cold and items missing having to wait for it to be cooked wasn't busy so don't understand why
Staff were friendly, check in was quick and efficient. Room was comfortable, clean and the right temperature. Easy to park and validate the car by entering the reg at the check in desk, yes it costs £5 but I think that's ok.
Whilst the room was comfortable and clean, there was a strong odour from the bathroom (specifically the shower drain) that permeated the entire room. It's not an issue of cleanliness, I believe it's just the smell getting through the shower trap, probably need better fixtures. I decided to just keep the bathroom door shut and open the window rather than ask to swap rooms as it was already quite late in the evening and couldn't be bothered with the palaver. We had our dog with us, paying an extra £20 for him is a bit steep in my opinion (other chain hotels we've stayed at have provided a dog bed/bowl/treats but nothing included here).
Location of where we were going to.
But disappointed really. My take on Ramada is a bit higher than premier in. Well that’s what I thought. The Bathroom could have done with a deep clean, long black hairs on the floor and black Mold in the shower.
Value for money, staff are courteous and welcoming. Clean rooms
Shower heads could be better.
Absolute mess you cant even contact property, dont book from here
Comfortable Bed, Excellent helpful Staff. No Lift however the reception staff carried my bags up to my room and room service carried them down again.
I thought the charge for parking was unjustified as the hotel was positioned in the motorway service station.
