Reasonable price, good beeds.
Additional payment for parking.
The staff were wonderful, so friendly and helpful . Also the setting at a motorway junction doesn't sound appealing but it was really handy. You drive straight there , there is no road noise at all and there are loads of services in walking distance including many food options and a Waitrose. Oxford town centre is a 20min drive with a park and ride even closer.
Breakfast was a little limited compared to some but then it was also a bit cheaper than usual . But the bacon was lovely , the egg had a runny yolk and the beans were hot.

Friendly staff at the reception! Dog friendly
Some of the cleaners did not speak English, so it was difficult to communicate with them . Paying for parking was unclear !!
Very well located, comfortable overnight stay with helpful staff.
Splendid value.
The view from my room😄 (straight onto a hotel wall).
The location was great, within the busy service stop area, and it had all the facilities we needed—plenty of restaurants, cafés, and grocery stores nearby. The paid parking was also very convenient.
The hotel entrance was extremely dirty when we arrived. The corridors and other common areas always had a foul, unbearable smell that made the whole place feel unhygienic and unpleasant. On top of that, there was a group of students staying at the hotel who made our stay truly miserable. They were constantly knocking at our door at night and trying to disturb us as much as possible.
The breakfast was also very disappointing—offering only very basic options, and even those items were not fresh. Overall, the hotel failed on cleanliness, comfort, and basic service. I would not recommend staying here.
Large room. Good bed. Restaurant on site
Impossible to fill kettle up from the small sink
Easy access
Poor pillows
Plastic sheet on bed
Stained bedding
The room smelt awful as there was a trolly of rubbish outside window. Air conditioning did not work properly. There was no other room avaliable,we were told.
Convenient location. Room a good size and excellent shower. Efficient and professional front of house staff.
Breakfast was uninspiring.
The lovely staff at the hotel reception and at the kitchen. Always with smiles.
The air conditions in the room is of superb quality.
