Customer service from one guy, who's the trainer for iguana and python was exceptional.
Other staff's weren't that friendly. Room wasn't met the expectation. Felt like the bedsheets and bed had a bit moisture. The room weren't comfy. Bathroom lock was broken. Poor lighting.
Excellent location , great to visit with family , easy reachable, enjoyed the monsoon rain with family and friends, Indian food served was good , Kerala meals was also decent, they got a private access to the waterfall , got a decent pool, good value Ayurvedic massage.staffs are trying their best to provide the best services.
No credit/debit card payment mode , only UPI or cash, we faced frequent power issue in the family suite, miscommunication is very common with the restaurant staffs or there are new staffs without proper knowledge on what is available, wifi got glitch in some areas as sometime connection is there but no internet, some interior structural or visual issues here and there but nothing is that bad to be highlighted. I would rather call it as an Eco Lodge or Eco Cabin retreat etc as it isn’t a resort as such (but they are trying their best to make it like that and I hope someday they will make it into an actual resort ).

The resort has great Views, but the plant growth blocks most of the views.
- The road to the resort is a mess. Especially because it is on a hilltop, it was extremely difficult to drive up and reach the resort.
- Parking is around current ongoing construction, it has huge puddles of water and made it very difficult to load and upload.
- We had senior citizens in our group and walking around the resort was unsafe, slippery, and poorly maintained. We could not enjoy the space and activities because of poorly maintained walking paths, and steps.
- There is no Phone or bell to get staff attention from the room.
- There is a team of service staff but only one or two leads have any customer service/hospitality experience.

I booked double room with mountain view and they got the booking for tree house from your booking.com dept. and also the bathroom is not attached. It is in the ground floor. Also the floor is sloped and the door can't closed due to bulging of wood. There is no safety and security for that tree house. I booked around 10 days before and submit my credit card details. So if I cancel the booking, you will take cancellation charge 3500. So I stay there without any satisfaction. Otherwise I cancel the booking and find other good resort from other good apps. I tried lot of times for contacting your customer care, but not attend. Lots of mosquitoes and flies are there in the tree house. I can't sleep the whole night due to these bad situation. Size of the room and size of bed is tooooo small. There is no amenities in that tree house.
