Guest Reviews
Location was good. Breakfast was large buffet with western and eastern options. Lots of local desserts. Location was good, but far from tourist sights like Borobudur and the airport. Staff was very friendly and attentive, and helped with the refrigerator when we checked in. They have a place to hold medication that needs to be cooled at a specific temperature. Seeing security was also a comforting sign.
Pool was surprisingly cold!
Even though it was hot outside, in the shade the pool is pretty chilly. We were also surprised that the pool closes early, but the temperature may have something to do with it.
We have been to Yogya so many times and did not notice this very nice hotel. The hotel provide large and clean rooms with sufficient amenities. Staff was very kind and helpful, I rate them 5 out of 5 stars. Breakfast was very good and tasty, huge variety to choose from (Western, Asian and Local). Rooftop pool looks very nice, did not swim but can imagine it to be a good experience. Roof top bar is very nice, good scenery and good food and drinks. We will come back again when visiting Yogya !

The location is great. Close to every place. For hotel rated at this price, the warm fancy atmosphere it gives is an immediate 5 stars.
Room very clean. Friendly and helpful staffs. Gilang the housekeeping attendant was friendly and assisted what I needed. Very satisfied with his work.

Locatie ligt iets afgelegen. In de omgeving is er weinig.
Wir waren für zwei Nächte in Yogya und haben uns für das The Manohara entschieden. Es ist im Vergleich zu anderen Unterkünften in der Stadt ein Stück höherpreisiger, aber das Hotel war unbeschreiblich gut.
Sehr modern, sehr geräumig, hervorragendes Servicepersonal. Das Hotel verfügt über alles, was man braucht und noch viel mehr. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es ein Restaurant, im ersten Obergeschoss ein Café und auf der Dachterrasse sogar eine Rooftop-Bar, zudem einen Infinity-Pool, eine Fitnessecke und bei Bedarf einen Spa-Bereich.
Das Frühstück war sehr vielseitig und sowohl von der Auswahl als auch von der Qualität der Speisen und Getränke spitze. Bis hierhin wohl das beste Hotel, in dem ich persönlich je war.
Von der Lage her ist die Unterkunft etwas außerhalb, die Malioboro Street ist mit einem Taxi in etwa 20 Minuten aber gut zu erreichen.

i came here because i wanted to eat, and this was my first time here, surprisingly the food was delicious, not bland and had a lot of flavor, i liked it, everything was still fresh, the service was very friendly, informative, and helpful, i will come back here again! 🫰🏽
