No fue una buena experiencia estar allí . Notamos mucho descuido de las instalaciones .

Cons:

Tenía q cambiar de habitación por mi asma . La habitación asignada tenía mucha humedad . La chica de recepción , Daimelis no quiso cambiarnos . Por suerte conocimos a Rodrigo q gentilmente nos re alojó en una habitación confortable .

Pros:

La ubicación es lo único, a una cuadra de la playa, y tenes lugares lindos para comer.

Cons:

PÉSIMO! llegamos , el baño no tenía jabón, shampoo ni crema, pedimos al otro día y nos dieron shampoo en un vaso, nos querían cobrar un “cañito” que había en el dispensador del jabón (cosa que nunca usamos) lo desarmamos y estaba adentro, (cosa que nunca chequearon) LA HIGIENE malísima , teníamos cucarachas en la habitación , pedimos algo para matarlas y nunca nos dieron solución, vivimos con ella toda la estadía, tapamos 3 huecos que entraban con papel y se ve que no limpiaban porque los papeles quedaban allí en el piso tapando los agujeros . Nos dieron toallas manchadas. PISCINA , fuimos y estaba roto el masajeador, nos dieron el último horario nos dijeron que nos iban a arreglar y nada, fuertisimo el cloro. DESAYUNO, rico, pero te ponen horario de 45 minutos para bajar, se supone que vamos a pasear y distraernos sin horarios , pues si no bajas en el horario que te ponen te quedas SIN DESAYUNO.
NOS HICIERON PASAR UN MAL MOMENTO QUERIENDO COBRARNOS ALGO QUE NO ROMPIMOS Y QUE NUNCA CHEQUEARON QUE ESTABA ALLÍ.
No volveremos obviamente , y no recomendamos!

Atención del recepcionista mala, instalaciones buenas

La Ubicación, la piscina y el desayuno es lo mejor de hotel

La atención del muchacho de la recepción horrible. No teníamos toallas en la habitación le pedimos y no nos dió. Al otro día la muchacha de la recepción muy amorosa nos dijo que era porque se estaban secando. Pero el muchacho muy mal educado la verdad
