La buena onda del personal y la limpieza de la habitacion

Se nota que es muy poco personal y que hacen lo que pueden.
Primero Llegue a las 12:00 y me dieron la habitación recién 12:30 porque no les había dado el tiempo de limpiarla.
Le faltaba un poco de amor y limpieza en general al hotel.
A la hora de dormir se sentían ruidos de todo tipo, del ascensor, portazos de puertas, conversaciones, nos despertamos mil veces en la noche, dormimos bastante mal.
Y por último también, nos pusieron horario de desayuno 9:15 y eran 9:30 y todavía no tenían las cosas prontas, que en mi caso me tenía que tomar el bus de regreso a las 10:00 y se me hizo casi imposible desayunar.

El desayuno, la cama y el personal muy amable.

Cons:

No me gustó que nos determinen la hora del desayuno, ya que interfiere en el descanso, pienso que debería ser un horario estipulado y dentro de ese horario el húesped pueda elegir.
Además al acostarme noté que la cama sólo tenía un cubrecamas, la habitación no contaba con más, solicité una manta y me dieron 1 acolchado fino de 1 plaza.

Pros:

el muchacho de recepción muy amable y atento.

Cons:

la piscina "jacuzzi" era imposible estar del olor a hipoclorito que tenia (según el personal era cloro, pero ellos no tienen nada que ver) dos días después, sigo con el olor impregnado en la piel, me dolió la cabeza y los ojos rojos duraron unas cuantas horas, un peligro tenerla en esas condiciones cuando esta habilitado para niños, ademas sin ningún tipo de seguridad (no tenia barandas para acceder, bordes afilados sobre los costados y dentro de la piscina)
Por otro lado el horario del desayuno era en horarios muy tempranos y poco tiempo.
El ascensor es de la época de 1800, viejo, muy mal estado, poco seguro, sucio.
Por otro lado la limpieza deja mucho que decir... tela de arañas por todos lados, migas en los pisos, paredes manchadas, baldosas rotas, en general a todo el recinto le falta mucho cuidado.
Entiendo que no es un 5 estrellas porque no pague por eso, pero 3mil la noche es un dinero considerable para un mínimo de atención y seguridad
