Pros:

​"The Serandib Hill Hotel is a wonderful place to stay, conveniently situated in the heart of the city. The rooms are very clean, and the washrooms are excellent, with hot water that is perfect for the weather. I had a great stay. The property manager, Mr. Raja, was incredibly helpful; he organized my meals quickly and provided delicious Ceylon milk tea whenever I wanted. My thanks to Mr. Raja and the hotel!"

Pros:

Location is perfect! So close to the beach and shops. Prema, our host was so lovely she was like a mother away from home. She took care of us and checked in on us regularly as well as making a delicious brekkie that I won’t forget. The rooms are cozy and comfy but the best part about the stay was Prema. Thank you!

Cons:

We loved our time, but if you are looking solely for accommodation with no contact with the staff it may not be for you. The stay was perfect however if you’re looking to get looked after by a friendly Srilankan woman.

Pros:

I recently stayed at this lovely house and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The property was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and all amenities were in perfect working order.

Raja was incredibly friendly and helpful. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free.

Close to shops to have lunch or dinner
Pros:

Staff is good and friendly

Cons:

Can't close bathroom door. Very old building. The booking was done 15000 + but finally said we have to pay18200.bit strange why it was different to my booking.
