It was quiet and clean.
1. The rigid attitude
2. Booking.co. indicated payment on arrival, but I was threatened that it will be canceled if not paid in advance - an unacceptable double standard
3. Despite indicated earlier of late che k in and req for driver resting arrangements... No response at all and I hv to make alternate arrangements for driver at such late night time.
THe rooms were neat & clean - well kept so it kind of gave you a vibe of good place .
Food is not at par, especially non veg - it's not their forte .....

Rooms were smelling of cigarette smoke. Unruly guests disturbing others at night. Need more vigilance on guests staying in.

Was on 2nd Floor & there was renovation going on in the premises & there was knocking down of walls which was noisy during daytime from 9am until late evening

Toilet fixtures were a bit rundown. Tv channels had little or no selection except some Tamil ones one repeat. No other language , national or international, were available. That needs to be looked into.
Clean, comfortable rooms, excellent food at the restaurant, extremely friendly & supportive staff!!
No gym and shower heads to be cleaned with a needle for a better shower experience.
