Buena relación precio calidad
Pros:

El lugar es hermoso, la cosntrucción y el espacio que lo rodea. Hace un clima ideal, es muy agradable porque de noche baja la temperatura.

Cons:

El personal podría hablar en inglés como sugerencia, ya que no sabemos italiano y se complicó hacer algunas preguntas. Pero el lugar es muy agradable !

Wij hebben genoten!
Pros:

Vittoria is een perfecte gastvrouw. Zij weet echt verbinding te maken.

De locatie is overigens erg geschikt om langer te verblijven.
Ook om retraites of evenementen te organiseren.

Het ligt dicht bij de SS650 die je makkelijk naar de kust en ook naar de bergen brengt. Voor ons een perfectie locatie.

Mario kookt heerlijk en ook zijn sous chef kan goed koken.
Het gebouw is met veel creativiteit en liefde gebouwd door vader Ennio.

Een fijne kamer met een goede douche, een prima ontbijt met goede cappuccino's, vriendelijk personeel en een prettige atmosfeer.

Wij hebben genoten. Dank jullie wel

Il letto, era comodo

Cons:

Il bagno piccolo, la colazione, la pulizia della stanza, la carta igienica usata, i gadget del bagno una miseria e il supplemento eccessivo di 15 euro a notte per il cane che chiede solo un angolo della stanza per dormire (non usa la doccia, non usa il bagno, non fa colazione, non vede la tv, e non vuole niente tranne un angolo per stare in compagnia)

De ligging was voor ons doorslaggevend, gemakkelijk met de auto te bereiken en grote parkeerplaats. Het was een rustige periode in het hotel, desondanks wat het ontbijt buffet uitbundig.

Een waterkoker op de kamer zou fijn geweest zijn, de kamer was erg basic, maar verder prima

Beautiful Hotel in the Beautiful region of Molise Italy! Excellent Staff & Food!!
Pros:

This is the second time we've stayed here when in this area. We've bought a house not far from this hotel and it has far exceeded our expectations! Victoria is AWESOME and makes sure we have everything we need. Mario is a class A chef and his food is out of this world DELICIOUS!!!! I have recommended this hotel to all friends and family that need a place to stay in this region of Italy.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso l'Hotel Smeraldo per tre giorni e e siamo rimasti più che soddisfatti della nostra permanenza.
Posizione ottima, camera davvero pulita, spaziosa con annesso un ampio e grazioso terrazzino. La colazione a buffet era buona, abbondante e varia, cosi come la cena, con prodotti freschi e di qualità, adatti anche alle esigenze di chi è vegetariano. Il personale è stato molto gentile, disponibile, sempre pronto a rispondere ad ogni richiesta.
Consigliamo vivamente questa struttura per chi cerca un soggiorno rilassante e confortevole.
Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente.
Noi ritorneremo.

La posizione dell'hotel, la pulizia delle stanze, la colazione,ma sopratutto la gentilezza delle reception, la cortesia e la professionalità

Purtroppo si sentono molto le stanze vicino, le stanze non sono insonorizzate, ma l'hotel ha trovato soluzioni, spostandoci di stanza ed è andata bene.

Looking unkept, so called roof terrace was shabby to say the least. staff -waste of time and unhelpful. Breakfast poor we were served what it appeared to be leftovers from a function from the previous weekend.
