De rustige kamer, het zicht vanaf het hotel, het eten

Cons:

Er werd vooraf gezegd dat er voor onze hond een toeslag zou kunnen aangerekend worden, maar dit werd niet gespecificeerd. Uiteindelijk bleek dit een bedrag te zijn van 34 euro. Dit moet ons inziens duidelijk vooraf gecommuniceerd worden.

Die Lage ist perfekt, das Essen war perfekt. Die Zimmer sind renovierungsbedürftig.

In unserem Zimmer hat’s wirklich richtig schlimm, nach Zigaretten gestunken, dass ich kein Auge zu gekriegt habe und an der Rezeption haben wir nur ein Raumspray bekommen 😢

Schöner Kurzurlaub
Pros:

Die Aussicht auf die Berge und den Forggensee waren sehr schön. Ebenso das vielfältige Frühstück & Abendessen. Außerdem war der Indoor Pool immer gut beheizt.

Cons:

Der Föhn im Zimmer funktionierte leider nicht.
Lactose Freie Produkte am Frühstücks Buffet wären eine tolle Ergänzung.
Der Preis für eine Flasche Sprudelwasser war mit 8€ schon recht hoch.
Der Spa Bereich insbesondere der Pool waren sehr dunkel.

Das Essen und der Spa Bereich sind eine 10/10. Meiner Frau ging es am letzten Abend nicht gut da sie Magen Probleme hatte und man hat ihr extra ein anderes Gericht gekocht und ist voll auf die Wünsche eingegangen - Service einfach nur top

Cons:

Das Zimmer war etwas altbacken. Mit einem Hund bekommt man nicht die modernen sondern eher die älteren Zimmer
