Pros:

Hotel was clean. Reception was always full but their staff was very courteous.

Cons:

The breakfast.
First day there was no buffet because of less occupancy. Understandable.
But tge second day, there was breakfast buffet but tge food was pretty average. The service was slow.

Clean spacious room compared to other hotels nice

Near to Bus stand 43 Chandigarh, clean and spacious rooms

Cons:

AC keep cooling can’t be adjusted I use to switch it off and on again and again. Mattresses of room 107 should be changed it’s broken in between and uncomfortable

Pros:

Genetal Manager after he stopped criticising and accepted my complaints.

Cons:

Using the hotel as party venue with very loud music from 8pm to last beyond 12pm, selling party guests the hotel rooms for after party stay guests using the corridors for loud conversations and staff clearing the banqueting rooms from 12am to I do not know until what time as I collapsed from exhausation.

Good hotel for a decent price.
Pros:

Rooms are well appointed and quite clean. Staff is well behaved and the breakfast too was nicely laid out.

Good value for money Hotel.

Cons:

Bathroom shower door was not shutting properly and so the water leaked all over into the toilet area and it was a bit of a mess.
