It is disappointing to us but except this, it is on the whole satisfactory.

Cons:

The facilities did not match the description on booking.com. We booked the apartment because it is said that there is washing machine and tumble dryer in the suite, but disappointingly, they are only located on the 2nd floor of the public area in another building and needed to pay €2 for each service. Money is not the most important matter but it is very inconvenient to walk to another building in cold weather and going up and down two floors several times to do the laundry, particularly for the elderly as us. In fact, we believe that there was washing machine in the toilet before but was removed and the property did not change the description of facilities on booking.com.
Moreover, the mirror in the toilet is too high for Asians and we need to stand on a rack to use the mirror!

Mit Rabatten ein Schnäppchen, sonst kein Preis/Leistungssieger

Sehr schöne, saubere, geräumige Zimmer, die kleine Küchenzeile war sehr hilfreich. Der Kühlschrank war leise. Die Gegend war Nachts ruhig, das angeschlossene Restaurant war sehr gut und preiswert. Das Industriegebiet ist zweckmäßig und die Nähe zum Kunden praktisch

Cons:

Kein Aufzug in den 2. Stock, das Treppenhaus war mit Koffer und Rucksack sehr eng. Ich glaube es war eine Lüftungsanlage, die konstant ein störendes Geräusch erzeugt hat.
Für Urlauber ist die Lage im Industriegebiet schon sehr trist und gewöhnungsbedürftig

Pros:

Sehr saubere und geräumige Zimmer! Frühstück perfekt. Personal freundlich, man fühlt sich willkommen!

Cons:

Duschabfluss rinnt schlecht ab, Duschkopf unpraktisch. Aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau!

Alles in allem wieder total schön
Pros:

Wir kommen ca4-5 mal im Jahr hier her an der Rezeption sagt sie dann schon immer wir haben schon die Extra Polster für sie reingelegt sehr sehr nett haben es nur einmal gesagt seitdem legen sie sie immer rein

Cons:

Leider konnten wir kein frühstücken bei ihnen genießen da so wenig das nutzen und für zwei Personen lohnt es sich nicht ist aber eh verständlich aber schade das Frühstück war immer sehr gut

Leider war es uns nicht möglich, einzuchecken, da [hier kurz den Grund nennen, z. B. „die Rezeption nicht besetzt war“ / „uns der Zugang zum Zimmer verwehrt wurde“ / „es zu organisatorischen Problemen kam“]. Trotz dessen wurde uns der gesamte Betrag berechnet, obwohl keine Leistung in Anspruch genommen werden konnte.
