Very good
Pros:

A reasonably good small hotel for staying at Dharamshala in quiet surroundings. The Rooms are spacious with all essentials. I would recommend it. The restaurant is also quite good.

Cons:

Washroom water pressure and toiletries can be improved

Great location, great food, great service.
Pros:

The room with mountain view is superb and the staff is very helpful too. The food is also very good and the terrace is of course a cherry on the cake.

Cons:

Cleanliness could improve. Considering the monsoon season, fumigation will help ward off insects that make it through tiny gaps in the openable windows.

Excellent stay which we shall remember for a long time
Pros:

Great view of Dhauladhar range from the room balcony. Very helpful staff who promptly went out and got medicine we wanted from the nearest pharmacy. The vehicle by which we arrived from Dalhousie gave some engine problem and the front office manager promptly arranged alternative vehicle to proceed to Shimla at a reasonable charges.

Cons:

The location is on a highway (Dharamshala - Palampur) because of which stepping out of hotel and taking a quiet stroll was not possible.
