Exceptional and caring service!
Pros:

Having stayed in many hotels in India, this was probably the best! The manager Harish Sharma was very welcoming and a visible presence every day.
What made our stay exceptional was the restaurant, managed by Kuldeep Singh and his head chef Tek Chand. There was a variety of delicious Indian cuisine every day, with a wonderful buffet every night, where freshly made rotis were enthusiastically delivered to our table on demand. The breakfast was outstanding, freshly made and delivered to our table. The variety was really good too- fresh fruit, tandoori parathas and continental. The food was so good, that we literally didn’t eat anywhere else. If you do not stay at this hotel, please visit their restaurant!
It was my wife’s 50th Birthday and they laid on a beautiful birthday cake as a special surprise!
The location was away from the hustle and bustle of McLeodganj, which was a 10 minute taxi ride away (300 rupees).
The staff were very friendly and genuine as were all the people we met during our stay.
We used the spa facilities which offered a variety of massages, a steam room and a sauna.
There was also a small pool and gym facilities.

A most welcome and excellent experience.
Pros:

Fantastic location with views of the Himalayas and lower countryside. The staff exceptional in their duties giving a calm and supportive feel from the front desk to in and around the hotel .Particular praise must be directed to the restaurant staff's efficient service with the chef chatting with hotel guests whilst ensuring each dish was of the highest standard . Excellent!

Great hotel
Pros:

The hotel was excellent and offered really good value.for money. The room was spacious, clean and included everything you needed. The rooftop bar had amazing views of the mountains. The breakfast and dinner
was delicious. I had a lovely treatment at the spa here. The staff were wonderful and exceeded all expectations. Thanks to staff at the rooftop bar, spa and reception who provided excellent service. Rakesh, Suhana and Ravinder were brilliant at breakfast and very attentive throughout. Thanks to all for a wonderful stay.

Terrible experience. Overbooked and moved me to hotel next door
Pros:

Location although away from main restaurants. No food options walking distance other than hotel restaurant. Food at the restaurant was good.

Cons:

Horrendous service. They overbooked hotel for my second night and relocated me to a neighboring hotel. The front desk try to convince me it was an "upgrade" when it was a completely different property. I had to check out and check back everyday for 3 days though I had 2 separate bookings. The other property next door is highly dated -likely from 90s. Their "fitness center" is terrible.

Restaurant is good

Cons:

Location is not walking distance to other restaurants. Must take 20-30 minute taxi to main strip. They overbooked and moved me to a dated hotel next door. Much lower quality. Staff were not helpful especially the front desk and not accommodating

We loved the location with the spectacular mountain back drop. The rooftop bar was great

Good change with good infrastructure
Pros:

The breakfast food spread was good and food quality was good.

Cons:

When it was informed one day about breakfast/room service required due to health is not good. The service was denied. We offer to pay for the food under room service for breakfast then also the same was denied. The surrounding was noisy and spa was very poor.

Best Hotel in Mcleodganj Dharamshala
Pros:

It’s was an awesome stay at Best western plus Revanta start from check in till check out everything was very nice. Person at the front feat was very helping and guide as properly about all the facilities and amenities. We ordered the food from room service and it was very nice and as per our expectations. Very good spread of breakfast in the morning. Once can see the snaking faces everywhere in the Hotel. Every Staff member Wish you with a Smile. Overall it was worth staying at this beautiful Hotel. Will visit again and recommend.

Rather fantastic. Room service was quite good, the beds and pullows are very comfortable Would stay again!
Pros:

FOOD= very good, BED/PILLOW= way better than “H”’s in the USA, SNACKS= nice variety of salty and sweets, STAFF= ALL the staff were very professional and extremely helpful

Cons:

It’s not really walking distance to most things but taxis were always available from the staff
