The owner was obnoxious. The booking said full board included. He refused to give any meals and was extremely rude

Location
On booking website it said pay on arrival, but immediately after booking confirmation yet another email was received from OYO saying we must pay before arrival.we paid half the amount.
Upon arriving the staff was not very polite or helpful and asked for half the money.
Then we did 2 days early checkout because it wasn't clean and lacked basic hotel standards of service and staff behaviour.
The reception still charged for full amount and asked us to file online for 2 days of refund.
We did and the request was sent to hotel and rejected our request.
Not a livable hotel.
The mattress was not comfortable at all
And the sheets were full of spots
