Pros:

The dining areas are beautiful, which was a surprise as the outside doesn't prepare you for what's inside.

Our bedroom and bathroom were nice and there were plenty of complimentary items in the room too.

All the staff were friendly and efficient.

Cons:

Being on the main street, it was quite noisy during the night, mainly students, which being a University town was expected.

The proximity of hotel in city, very friendly staff and willing for a chat, the saint is warm and welcoming and great choice of food which is excellent, well done.

It was a lovely accommodation but a tad pricey.
Pros:

The room was clean, well decorated, and comfortable. The large ensuite was well designed and large. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfasts were very good. The location was an easy walk to historic sites, restaurants and cafés, shops, and the university.

Cons:

The toilet didn’t work very well.

Pros:

Basically four or five rooms above an excellent restaurant. The rooms are comfortable and fine. The highlight of staying here is the restaurant with excellent dinner and breakfast.

Cons:

Way overpriced, but every accommodation in Saint Andrews appears to be expensive

Lovely, spacious room above a charming pub was our favorite room for our holiday.
Pros:

The room was beautifully appointed, spacious, comfortable. We stayed at 6 hotels this trip and this was our favorite. The staff was lovely and welcoming. The property was convenient to walk the town.

Cons:

We were there before students came back. Our room was on the street side. We did not have any issues and slept with windows open. There could be noise from the pub and street that may bother someone if they were light sleepers but we didn’t hear ANY.
