Gem of a spot
Pros:

Great location. Lovely restaurant and gardens. Pretty laid out rooms with thoughtful finishes and very friendly and helpful employees

Cons:

Don’t know if this is applicable to all rooms but my bed and pillows were super hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. Pillows way too large and hard.

Comfortable and well looked after.
Pros:

The room was fairly spacious for being in an old building in the middle of the town. The staff were very helpful in answering my questions, bringing me more milk to use with the coffee machine in the bedroom, and even helping me search for my lost earring! I felt well looked after.

Pros:

Love this place for an overnight when I'm working up there. OK the walls and doors are a wee bit thin but everything else is SUPERB.
Lovely, friendly staff, really nice bar and restaurant, great breakfast (love the Eggs Florentine) and rooms are so good - spacious, well lit, comfortable, good coffee machine, cracking bathroom (this time I had underfloor heating in there) and the best part - a couple of tins of Coldtown Lager waiting in the fridge.
Following night I stayed in the Space Aparthotel - what a comedown.... This place is great!

Cons:

Nothing really. Could do with thicker doors on the rooms but that's nothing - place is excellent!

All great but the shower temperature
Pros:

Lovely room, great breakfast, and friendly staff.

Cons:

The temperature of water at the shower is so unstable, one minute cold, one minute burning hot. Please fix it soon as we would love to come back!

Great location and utterly wonderful and attentive staff.
Pros:

Absolutely perfect for a short or medium stay and room was clean and bed very comfortable. Staff were very down to earth and breakfast was delicious. 10/10 and we’ll be back soon.
