Pros:

Everything, they have thought of everything you may need in a hotel break. Little fridge to keep your wine or water cool down to an ironing board. Staff made you feel like a friend rather than guest. Big comfy bed. Superb breakfast in a big airy room.

Cons:

Really nothing. This is a hotel that has been well thought out and provides excellent service from every member of staff we met.

All staff were very friendly and helpful, great location everything in room that you needed. Fridge in room with beer and water which was complimentary, GHD straighteners & hairdryer. Bath robe and plenty of towels, toiletries, room was cleaned each day. Breakfast was lovely. Location was great, bed very big and comfy. Bathroom had under floor heating. Would definitely recommend, price was very reasonable with all what we we got included.

Pros:

Room was very spacious with the added bonus off GHD hairstyling equipment. The staff were so friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Not great choice of vegetarian meals on the menu but the Veggie breakfast was excellent.
