Great location, nice people, boutique-like atmosphere
Pros:

Good location above a pub. The pub closes at 10, so it was quiet. No air con, but a great fan.

Cons:

We are glad we didn’t have to bring in a lot of baggage… difficult swinging doors & stairs.

Recommended.
Pros:

Great little hotel with lots of charm. Only four rooms. Lovely staff and great breakfast. Very short walk to everything and whilst there’s no parking, there’s plenty of free parking on the street after 5pm and before 9am.

Modern luxury in the heart of St Andrews- would definitely stay again.
Pros:

The location was ideal and the standard of the room was of exceptional quality. The heated bathroom floor was a lovely little luxury. Restaurant/dining area was lovely decorated and well finished.

Cons:

Our room was facing out on the main street and the noise of the very early morning bin lorries, people outside in the early morning etc was very off putting. Unfortunately I appreciate that this is something the hotel has very little control over.
