Pros:

Lounge area, good size room.

Cons:

Smell in the room was awful and didn't change my beding on the second day of stay , they just made the bed with the same bedding the day before, so just saying before we took the room did we get the same bedding from the previous person who had the room before us. Just saying, did cross my mind.

Awful would not stay again
Pros:

Cons:

Cleanliness was awful paid extra £15 for dog not quite sure what that was for never got offered anything for the dog. Shower cubicle was hanging off the roof the door was split whole room was a hazard, also pubic hair on bathroom door and hair wrapped round shower tray

Staff coukd be more helpful but some investment in upgrades is needed, pull out sofa beds are one of the worst weve seen

Excellent stay!
Pros:

We had an excellent stay at Holiday Inn Washington! The property offered great value for money—rooms were spacious, well-sized, and had the added bonus of air conditioning, which was a real plus. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly from check-in to check-out. A reliable and comfortable choice. Would definitely stay again!

Convenient affordable one night stay to access Durham
Pros:

Good value, easy access from a1.. parking, quiet room, nice hot bath and shower, nice staff

Cons:

General fixtures/fittings/decor could be modernised a little but no real problems with the way it is now
