Pros:

Staff were very helpful and couldn't do enough.

Cons:

The extractor fan didn't work in the bathroom, either that or I couldn't find the switch. So it was very hot in there, as we had to keep the door closed as the steam would set off the fire alarms.

Pros:

Reception staff brilliant and always accommodating. Rooms all ways clean and quiet. If staying definitely recommend the premium rooms. Also breakfast this morning was soooo good. Best fried bread I have ever had ( sorry mum)

Exactly right for our family adventure to Durham and the surrounding area.
Pros:

Location was very good for ease of access to the motorway, and also to Durham.
Check in was very smooth, staff were friendly, rooms were clean, beds comfortable.
Breakfast staff very polite and efficient, good range of food available.

Cons:

Ideally phone charging points on both sides of the bed, but everything else was fine.

Super comfortable and enjoyable stay at the hotel
Pros:

Location, cleanliness, amazing breakfast, helpful staff.

Cons:

Although everything was spotlessly clean, bedroom furniture and carpet throughout the hotel could have been upgraded, but that that’s probably matter of personal taste
