Pros:

Staff helpful and pleasant

Cons:

Booked twin beds. One double bed ok and one as of a converted bed. Not ok.paper thin mattress and cushions piled up in one corner of bed. Could have fitted one of the double beds which can be split into 2 single beds in the same space as both beds took up. Bathroom a bit small. Overall it looked like a converted broom cupboard.

Won't be back.
Pros:

The staff were generally friendly. The location was as expected, it was fairly cheap.

Cons:

Bathroom was filthy, shower leaked, very small room to squeeze in a family. Mouldy, smelled of damp. Noisy hotel, lots of people hanging around corridors. Breakfast was mediocre, cold/cured meats kept under warm lamps. Hot food was lukewarm. Even though fairly cheap, these are basics to be expected whatever the price.

Great Stay
Pros:

Everything. Rooms and hotel spotless. Bonus of a fridge in the Premium room and snacks. Staff were all outstanding. I'll definitely be staying again soon. Loads of parking.

Good value & would recommend
Pros:

Excellent value for money & lovely staff

Cons:

Hallways full of trolleys, dirty sheets & rubbish on arrival walking to room. Even a pair of pants. Think housekeeping could work a bit tidier however room was good so they do a good job.
