Pros:

The staff was really kind And the location was excellent. It's in the middle of town

Cons:

The elevator was a nuisance. It's old school where you have to shut the cage in order for the elevator to work. Many times people don't shut the cage so you can't use the elevator and you're forced to take the stairs and it is four stories up to the highest floor. If you're carrying something you have to put it all down to get a key to slide in order to get the elevator to come down and then you have to open the cage door. Lot of work

Clean room, quiet hotel, comfortable beds (though they squeak which can be annoying). No AC but the weather was nice and
Pros:

Love the location and how close it is to everything. I hate most hotels especially traveling with my one year old because everything is always dirty but this was probably the cleanest hotel room we have had in a long time! It’s definitely an older hotel and could use some upgrades here and there but I was very impressed. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot for a weekend getaway, walking distance to the beach.
Pros:

Everyone was friendly, the hotel was clean and right in the center of town. The rooms are small but you’re just there to sleep. Complimentary coffee in the lobby. There’s a cute outdoor sitting area with tables and umbrellas. We left our car in the free parking lot and we walked everywhere. Just steps to the beach and all our favorite places to eat.

Cons:

It was a little noisy because you are downtown and outlets are limited in the room.

Pros:

Great staff !! Everyone we came into contact with were so friendly. Also the free coffee in the lobby was convenient and good.

Cons:

Only complaint is the walls are thin. You hear everyone coming in and out .

Great Pismo hotel in the heart of the action.
Pros:

The staff was excellent. Location wise, you walk out the lobby door and you're on the main street with all of the restaurants and shops. On site free parking was a great bonus.

Cons:

Some sort of continental breakfast would have been much appreciated.
