If they had air conditioning I would be back.
Pros:

Wonderful staff. Location is great but there is street noise due to being downtown. Charming patio area.

Cons:

Electrical outlets were scarce and my husband uses a cpap which we had to plug in across the room. No air conditioning.

Tammy at the front desk was amazing. Can't beat the location and for it being a old building it was clean and I good condition

Right in the heart of downtown pismo, but thin walls and can hear people having sex.
Pros:

I liked how the property was dead center in the middle of pismo, access to EVERYTHING in downtown pismo.

Cons:

The walls are extremely thin, we could literally hear people have sex next door. Also we could hear the people above us moving around a lot, kept us up a bit at night.
