Room view, room size, breakfast, bar, dinner, location and staff helpfulness.

Beautiful location, looking onto the beach. Easy plentiful parking, lovely large rooms, nice lounge areas.

I was in a mobility scooter and although there was no access to my room I also had a Zimmer frame to hobble the last few steps.
La mer en traversant la route . Chambre calme . Le hall de l'hotel spacieux .
Hôtel très confortable (bonne literie, belle salle de bain refaite) face à la mer.
Personnel extrêmement gentil et arrangeant notamment pour faire face aux annulations à répétition de la compagnie de ferry DFDS qui nous ont obligés à nous adapter et finalement à écourter notre week-end.
Les fenêtres impossibles à ouvrir plus que de 10 cm.
Le repas était bon mais pas excellent.
Au 2ème étage le vent souffle dans la toiture faisant se relever les dalles du plafond, c'est assez drôle mais aussi un peu bruyant !
All the staff were very helpful and friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms were comfortable and well furnished. Food was of good quality. Would definitely go back to this hotel if we visit Jersey again

The location of the property on the beach from on St Clements Bay was perfect with a stunning sea view through large sliding patio doors and Juliette balcony. It was really clean and the staff very friendly and always wanted to help. This is a traditional hotel and we loved it. It had its own bar and restaurant which was amazing value and again service provided by an utmost professional and attentive staff team. The pool was lovely, never too busy and again clean and relaxing. The bus stop outside took you every 16 mins into St Helier, but if you wanted to take an easy walk via the beach, harbour or the road it was reasonable to do so.
The shower pressure was a little low but this was looked into and improved a bit. The hotel confirmed they are looking into having new pumps fitted. Air conditioning would be a great addition. None of this really would put us off staying again. The team are brilliant and this is a traditional hotel with caring values.
Staff were lovely, especially the breakfast waiters. Room was clean , but the water pressure was awful, made having a basic shower almost impossible. Hotel had an old fashioned feel
The shower and the breakfast had no specific vegetarian options. Needs updating. Lots of guests were smokers

During a heatwave the room was extremely hot, south facing with the sun all day. I understand they are planning on installing air-conditioning on the future.
Lovely welcoming hotel on the seafront in a great location with great links via bus to the rest of the Jersey.
Staff were very friendly, professional and helpful.
Hotel was well presented and our room was very spacious, with a sea view.
Breakfast was nice, didn't eat at the hotel in the evening.
No A/C in the bedrooms but two fans were available.
Evening menu was a bit limited and not all menu items were available. There are other food establishments nearby.

I fear the room we had could become unbearably hot during some of the heatwaves we have seen lately but that did not occur during our stay.
The hotel caters for evening functions to groups and societies during the evening, a couple of times we had no parking space on return from an evening out., staff were helpful at sorting that out.

Lots of stairs and steps quite dangerous , we almost fell a couple of times
View was excellent, reception and restaurant staff were so helpful and attentive, nothing was too much trouble, thank you ambassadeur.
Rear access for disabled person difficult specially for wheelchair person.
