Hâte d’y revenir ! Je recommande fortement cet établissement.
Pros:

L’accueil, le professionnalisme et la bienveillance de tout le personnel y compris le directeur aux petits soins.
La propreté des lieux communs et des chambres et Sdb.
Les équipements et la deco soignée.
La literie de qualité qui permet un sommeil réparateur.
Service au bar au top, service petits déjeuners impeccable. Le personnel est aimable, détendu et souriant.
Le copieux petit déjeuner nous a ravis.

Cons:

Peut être une climatisation serait à envisager. Les ventilateurs fournis ont bien rafraîchi les chambres.

Pros:

Amazing views. Wonderful, friendly staff. Lovely Food. Everyone was vey accommodating. Beautiful Hotel.

Cons:

Constructive criticism would be that upgrading to air conditioned rooms would be great, although we realise this would be very costly.
Be more honest on the website, it says dog friendly hotel but part of the restaurant and bar wasn't. We understand why but being transparent at the very beginning would be a bonus. We took our pooch and although we weren't allow in certain parts of the hotel with him, the staff made very nice alternative arrangements for us so we didnt miss out on breakfast etc

Cons:

Les équipements anciens (cabine de douche - joints moisis) pas de climatisation sur des chambres vue mer plein ouest, une fournaise malgré le ventilateur installé. Le manque de courtoisie d'un membre du personnel. Lors d'un dîner le sorbet orange était en fait un énorme glaçon. Un mojito servi au bar insipide.

Esmorzar complet. Habitació gran. Hi ha un supermercat aprop.

Cons:

Si no tens transport, està lluny del centre. Al voltants no hi ha gaires llocs per menjar.

Nice hotel, great staff, good location
Pros:

All the meals (Breakfast and dinner) were very good at this hotel, nice cooked breakfast and a nice selection for continental lovers. Nice pool area for those who don't like the sea. What really makes this hotel special are the staff, every one of them are a joy to be around, the hotel should be very proud of them.We will definitely use this hotel in future visits to Jersey.

Cons:

The rooms can get a bit warm. Although fans are provided some form of air con would be a big plus for this hotel.

Pros:

Location was good, hotel staff were very nice, food was excellent, facilities nearby good, bus runs by the hotel straight into St Helier.

Cons:

Room was very hot. Air conditioning would have been good.

Agréable séjour, Ave une clientèle essentiellement anglaise.
Pros:

Vrai petit déjeuner anglais, très copieux
L’Hotel est en face de la mer. Il faut demander une chambre avec la vue.

Cons:

Aspect extérieur vieillot et style général un peu démodé. Ce n’est pas le plus important, le personnel est très professionnel et les chambres sont confortables

Good value, quiet hotel in lovely location by the beach.
Pros:

Good value, excellent location by beach and bus routes. Friendly staff, easy going atmosphere. Single rooms available which are better value when travelling alone. Quiet.

Cons:

Breakfast finished too early. Non-cooked buffet choices quite limited with no fresh fruit available.

A Gem In South Jersey
Pros:

Wonderful staff especially in restaurant.

Beautiful pool area.

Perfect access to a v good bus network.

Cons:

I read a review about net curtains being a suggestion and I totally agree. Better for privacy and allows for better airflow in warm rooms with no air con. A fan was already waiting for us in the room which to be fair did a fine job.

Comfortable, good value and well placed opposite a beautiful wide beach and bay.
Pros:

All staff were exceptionally polite and helpful.

Cons:

We were lucky to have been allocated a north facing room in the heatwave. But it would have helped to have had a fridge in our room.

It was very good, I would return to this hotel.
Pros:

Location is excellent, right on the beachfront with an excellent bus service within a minutes walk. We also really enjoyed walking into St Helier from the hotel, the walk is flat with beautiful sea views and plenty of places to stop, eat, drink and swim.

The hotel is very clean with a decent pool area and outside seating is available which looks onto the beachfront. We booked a sea view room which was clean and comfortable. The bathroom is slightly dated in my view but it had everything that was needed.

There was some traffic noise in the room, given that there is a road outside, but it did not disturb our peace or our sleep. There is also a fan in the room, but it did still get very warm in the afternoon ( for the short time we spent in it) as we were lucky enough to get great weather, but it was cool and comfortable during the night.

Cons:

I feel that the hotel could cater better for people who have a vegetarian or vegan diet. I did not see any options for this on the evening meal menu and whilst I was able to get a decent vegetarian breakfast on request, it was not immediately available on the menu. It was also cows milk that was provided and I was able to get an alternative milk when I asked, but I feel alternatives should be on offer as part of the menu instead of having to ask. A final point I noted was that the same tongs were being used for the meat and cheese slices on the breakfast buffet table, which needs rectifying and can be easily done. I don’t know if other dietary needs are catered for and whilst mine generally was after I asked, I would have preferred to not have had to.
