Great hotel for my needs and close by to Jersey Sport. Exceptional staff.
Pros:

Every single member of staff that I encountered were exceptional. Everyone was very friendly and informative, helpful and accommodating.

Cons:

The shower was a little lame. The toilet although functioning was in a state where it looked like some bleach have been poured over the toilet seat and had lost its colour.

Ideal for a short 2 night stay. The room was spotless, views are excellent, staff very friendly.
Pros:

The staff were all really lovely and friendly, the breakfast was actually very good albeit the choice for the cooked breakfast was pretty limited e.g. no omelette option, no pancakes, no fresh fruit, etc however the quality of the products used for the cooked breakfast was excellent. The Hotel bedroom was very nice, however the hotel reception, foyer and dining room were all a little dated and tired.

Cons:

The common areas all need a bit of a facelift. The entrance wall for the carpark needs an illuminated chevron sign as it can be easily missed its so low.

Felt like coming home.
Pros:

Excellent standards throughout.
Have stayed many times over the years, so felt like returning home.
Management and all staff friendly, always willing to help , and with a smile. Very accommodating .
Can't speak highly enough about the welcoming and comfort at the Ambassadeur hotel.
Highly reccomend

Friendly well placed hotel with perfect staff.
Pros:

Nice quiet location with friendly courteous staff and exceptional food. Catered for my special request as I was leaving too early for breakfast one morning and they made me one to go.

Nous avons passé 5 nuits dans cet hôtel. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la gentillesse du personnel, notamment en salle du restaurant. En plus d'être très sympathiques et de bonne humeur dès le matin, ils sont littéralement aux petits soins. La clientèle est très variée (personnes ages, couples quinqua, jeunes, familles). La vue est superbe depuis la salle du petit déjeuner. Notre chambre n'avait pas vue sur mer mais, très spacieuse, elle nous a tout à fait convenu. Comme dit dans d'autres post, la sdb avait un côté vintage, un peu comme le reste de l’hôtel, d'ailleurs, ce qui en fait, nous a plu car dépaysant par rapport aux hôtels standardisés. Nous avons un peu profité de la piscine ...pas tant que ça car nous étions occupés à visiter l’île à vélo. Le petit déjeuner (servi à table) était superbe, et le retour à la maison a donc été cruel! La literie est très confortable!

Cons:

Paradoxalement, le surplus de service: nous avons eu l'impression que les serviettes étaient changées tous les jours. En ces temps de planète qui s'étouffe, il faudrait peut etre laisser le choix aux clients de garder leurs serviettes plusieurs jours!

Pros:

Room had no view looked out on brick wall. Staff were excellent very accommodating breakfast was included and was nicely presented. We would use this hotel again but if staying more than a night would upgrade room
