Hotel completo
Pros:

Las instalaciones, ubicación y servicios muy completo. Buen desayuno. Suite con vistas preciosa. Hotel ideal para desconectar y descansar unos días.

Cons:

Precio más elevado en comparación con el resto de alojamientos.
Pedimos una hamaca para la habitación 3 veces y no la conseguimos.
La ducha estaba un poco sucia.

Melhor do que tudo o que esperávamos.
Pros:

Gostamos de tudo, da localização, dos serviços, das facilidades, do pequeno almoço. Seria difícil ficar mais agradado.

Idéal pour profiter de la plage et du centre colle facilement
Pros:

Un hôtel très bien situé dans le centre ville et sur la plage.

L’établissement est grand donc si vous cherchez de l’intimité, ce sera compliqué.
Restauration sur place possible, massages aussi.

Personnel professionnel et serviable.

Cons:

Grande capacité d’hébergement et de restauration donc manque d’authenticité. On est quand même loin des complexes aseptisés, heureusement.

Nearly perfect
Pros:

I chose this resort because the Riu and Melia ones are quite far out of town. This one was such a good location that it was easy to pop out and spend money in the actual local community. The on site restaurant Farolin was brilliant too.

I would like to give a special shout out to housekeeping who did a superb job in keeping everything very clean, and the receptionist on shift 8/05/26 for being so efficient.

Cons:

I didn't like the fact pringles were €10. I appreciate Cape Verde has to import things, but it was twice the price as elsewhere. Service was also a little slow at the beach bar 10/05/26 as the gentleman working was too busy flirting with his colleagues - all other staff there were professional.

Lastly, we went out for my birthday and would have liked to have a massage each. However there is no way of contacting the spa on your site, their Facebook page hasn't been updated in years, and reception advised they can't take bookings. As the spa is shut Saturday afternoon, and all of Sunday, we ran out of opportunity to book the spa for the Monday.

Most things are closed on a Sunday. As lots of people stay on site on those days, the spa is missing out on a lot of business!

Cons:

Só tive problemas.
1. Faço a reserva no booking com uma cama de casal e vista para o jardim, chego ao hotel e dão-me um quarto com 2 camas individuais e vista para uma rua mal frequentada.
2. Vou falar com os recepcionistas em português, e eles falam entre eles em crioulo para que eu não entenda o que estão a dizer, é uma falta de respeito para com o cliente uma vez que falamos todos a mesma língua.
3.No último dia, fui com a minha mulher e um casal amigo ao restaurante do hotel, para além de termos sido mal atendidos ainda vieram atrás de nós depois de termos saído do restaurante pedir dinheiro porque se tinham enganado nas contas do jantar. ( Não são profissionais ).

It was a good choice for the money.
Pros:

The location and the hotel.

Cons:

Only 1 key was provided to us, even though there were 2 people sharing the room. We were unable to charge the phone unless we kept the light on.

Tiene la mejor ubicación, el personal es atento, hemos estado 3 noches en este hotel y para cambiar también nos quedamos 3 noches en otro resort, si os apetece conocer la ciudad y no estar encerrados en un hotel que no representa la isla os recomendamos mucho el Hotel Odjo d-água. Hacedme caso y coged este hotel.

Cons:

Hacen falta leches vegetales, a lo mejor podrian poner en cada bar el menu que hay y no hacer una carta para todos.

La ubicación en primera línea de playa.

Cons:

Llegué al hotel a las 12:00 para dejar la maleta. A las 14:00h volví para hacer el check in que se realizó sin problema pero sorpresa! al llegar a la habitación estaba la limpiadora y todavía tuve que esperar.
Quise aprovechar la piscina y no tenían disponibilidad de toallas.
