Amazing place where to enjoy proper relax.
Pros:

Everything perfect: Check-in, breakfast, views, private beach, swimming pool inside the sea, and check-out.

Cons:

Can't complain about anything but unfortunately the closest beach has many rocks in the water.

The hotels infinity pool is a big plus . Having breackfast in the restaurant on the ocean. The rooms are equiped with air conditioning and wifi . The rooms are clean breackfast is delicios , the hotel is located near in the heart of Santa Maria

Pros:

The staff were very nice, always helpful.
The breakfast was amazing (but the view even better), with variety of food. A comfortable hotel in an excellent location.
The water was warm, the bathroom clean, so to sum up I really enjoyed the staying. Also had dinner at Farolim and again, was welcomed by a friendly and attentive staff .

Cons:

The only two things I didn't like were: the door lock—it was very stiff for me, though the staff was always ready to help—and the cleanliness of the balcony; the walls were covered in dirt.

War schön aber es gibt luft nach oben.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft liegt an einer tollen Lage und verfügt über einen schönen Strand. Die Liegen stehen den Gästen gratis zur Verfügung. Der Strand wird von einem pflichbewussten lifeguard überwacht. Auch die Cocktails und das Essen sind sehr lecker.

Cons:

Das Personal wirkt grösstenteils demotiviert / desinteressiert und macht nur soviel wie nötig.
Wir haben uns selten wilkommen gefühlt. Zudem hörten wir wie ein Angestellter im Restaurant bei einem Gast über einen anderen Gast sagte: Wenn man es sich nicht leisten könne, soll man nicht nach Kap Verde kommen. Unserer Meinung ein No-Go. (Es ging lediglich um eine Banane welche vom Frühstücksbuffet mitgenommen wurde)

Do comportamento do guarda, pedi na recepção que avisasse de uma alteração de hóspede a mais e me senti constrangida com a atitude do guarda.

Empresa de família e bem central
Pros:

Localização no centro da cidade, 20min do aeroporto por CVE2000, restaurantes e lojas bem perto, melhor praia de Cabo Verde pertinho (Santa Maria), ótimo café da manhã, internet consistente, suíte júnior ampla e aconchegante, banheiro da suíte muito elegante, variedade de restaurantes, infra-estrutura de muito bom nível.
Para mais detalhes, basta ir ao Trip Advisor.

Cons:

Concentração de poder de decisão centrada em uma única pessoa, ausência de autonomia da recepção e de sua chefia para ações, falta de plano de contingência para situações com hóspedes.
Deixar um hóspede que pagou caro pela suíte esperando mais de 4 horas sem lhe oferecer sequer um copo d'água, sem lhe dar satisfação da previsão de liberação do quarto e, mesmo depois das 14h, pedir mais paciência ao hóspede é sinônimo de gestão precária. Além disso, descobrir que outro hóspede da mesma categoria reservada concluiu seu check-in antes foi bastante desrespeitoso.
Com tudo isso, não oferecer ao cliente afetado NENHUMA ação concreta e compensatória após o transtorno não é justo, tampouco profissional.
Tirando esse fato desgastante, o resto da estadia foi excelente.
