Óptimo para famílias / grupo de amigos
Pros:

Excelente localização;
Munidos de um bom restaurante e bar.
As piscinas e a proximidade com a praia oferecem uma experiência soberba.

Cons:

A limpeza do espaço não é adequada ao serviço oferecido. Além da falta de limpeza notória nas áreas comuns, os quartos não são aspirados (aspecto importante pois estamos num hotel na praia) e quando é solicitado uma limpeza, não trocam a roupa da cama.
Outra situação incoerente com este tipo de alojamento é a falta de serviço de quarto, um exemplo: ligamos para pedir uma água e a funcionária da recepção disse que não havia colegas para aceder ao pedido e pediu-nos que fôssemos nós a ir buscar.

Incroyable, humain et idyllique
Pros:

Tout ! Cadre parfait et idyllique. De l'accueil jusqu'à la prise en charge et les attentions durant le séjour. L'hôtel est situé sur une plage magnifique, le petit-déjeuner dans l'eau est incroyable. Les chambres sont propres, spacieuses, avec tout ce qui est nécessaire et nettoyées tous les jours. La nourriture est vraiment de qualité, variée et pour la plupart des produits frais. Pour ce qui est du personnel, c'est le petit plus de cet hôtel familial. J'ai eu un accident en pleine mer, de retour à l'hôtel, j'ai eu un malaise, mention spéciale pour la réactivité du personnel de sécurité et surtout Cesar pour son aide incroyable (de l'appel de l'ambulance jusqu'à notre accompagnement aux urgences, la traduction auprès de l'hôpital), nous leur sommes très reconnaissants de leur aide. Merci Cesar ! Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir. Merci pour tout :)

Magnificos dias relajados en el Hotel
Pros:

El desayuno es buffet libre muy completo: todo lo que probé estaba muy rico; el comedor está sobre rocas frente al mar y es muy agradable. La habitación y el baño son espaciosos, también hay balconcillo. Hay tres piscinas y una de ellas es tipo "infinita" prácticamente encima del mar. La playa está ahí mismo. El ambiente es muy agradable: aunque es grande, no hay sensación de demasiada gente. La ubicación es genial: es un extrema de la playa de SantaMAría, con la calle más animada a menos de 5 minutos. Nos permitieron seguir en las instalaciones tras el check-out pues nuestro vuelo salía por la noche.

Ein schönes und sehr charmantes Hotel, in dem überwiegend sehr freundliche und herzliche Menschen arbeiten!
Pros:

Das Hotel besticht durch liebevolle Details und einen ganz eigenen Charme – überall gibt es kleine, interessante Ecken zu entdecken. Besonders entzückend war der Teich mit den Schildkröten. Das Personal an der Rezeption und im Housekeeping war außergewöhnlich herzlich und stets hilfsbereit – man fühlte sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen. 🫶

Cons:

Nur eine Kleinigkeit: der Service im Bar- und Restaurantbereich war eine kleine Wundertüte: Während man bei manchen das Gefühl hatte, man stört obwohl nichts los ist, gab es zum Glück auch echte Service-Perlen – herzlich, aufmerksam und mit dem wunderbaren Talent, einen fühlen zu lassen, als käme man seit Jahren regelmäßig vorbei.

Pros:

Great value for money especially given its very central location to the town of Santa Maria :-). Breakfast is perfect and could not be in a better setting over the beach with the waves crashing. It has two pools and pretty much its own beach plus the restaurant overlooking it all for breakfast lunch or dinner.
