Overall okay but overpriced
Pros:

Good as usual. Rooms are looking a bit tired. Need some touch up and fixing. Amenities are below average for a 3 Star property

Excellent service
Pros:

Highly recommended! Very clean and queit hotel. I accidentally left my ID card on the room, but staff responded fast and posted it to me the same day. Excellent service, especially from Mr Ikmal.

Good hospitality and very clean
Pros:

Good location only 1 km to city centre, friendly staff and very clean

Cons:

Only western option food for breakfast, should have a variety of food, iron should be provided in each room.

Overall it is a good and comfortable hotel and will be my choice of hotel for my coming visits.👍

Overall it is a good and comortable hotel. This has been my choice of hotel for all my visits with my family to Teluk Intan over the years.

Cons:

The fixtures were in much better condition and cleaner during my previous visits. Could improve on the cleaniness and improve on the maintenance.
TV reception was not so good. Also it will be good if can some good additional channels.
Otherwise it is a good hotel.
